Good evening,

I am writing to you asking kindly for help in an incredible matter.

The whole situation took place in the Reebok online store.

Namely,

I returned several items from three orders from Reebok,right.

According to the UPC tracking numbers and carrier, I received confirmation that three of my returned orders had been delivered to Reebok and were received and confirmed by an employee.

So I waited patiently for the money to be returned.

When I received a refund for only one order, I immediately contacted customer service about it.

The customer service representative asked me for proof of delivery for three returned orders.

So I did it right away and provided three order confirmations, which were all returned the same day.

It turned out that customer service refused to refund my funds from the remaining two orders because, as they claimed, they were not in the records.

Fact is that,I honestly returned three orders, and the fact that they were not recorded is not my fault and I am not responsible for it.

The three orders was honestly returned to Reeebok and there is no question at all.

Now I have to worry about getting my own funds back because the person responsible for registering and scanning returned orders didn't do what they were supposed to do.

Three orders were returned on the same day at the same time, right.

One of them has already been returned because it was scanned, while the other two were not scanned and therefore the customer will not receive a refund.

This is something unbelievable and unacceptable!

Well, I have a very,very kind request for you to sort out this matter ASAP in a professional and competent way, please?

Beneath are enclosed the confirmation and proof of the three returned orders to the Reebok,please.
