I believe that the top of this slide is not thick enough. I was on a cruise ship and I tripped over the leg of a lounge chair and seriously hurt myself. I do not like the slides, women's size 7, and I am returning them to the store. I did notice that the rubber under the toes is EXTREMELY THIN, compared to Skechers or any other sandal. I am not pleased and for $75, these sandals should be made out of gold! The fit is comfortable but you need to push your foot way into the sandal. I have an attorney for the cruise ship accident and I may just use him to sue this company as well if they don't give me a refund!

I purchased a pair of OOFcandos from OOFOS for $103 on July 10, 2022. Last month I was slipping on the shoes and the shoe ripped by one of the cutout holes near the heel. I sent an email on June 30th informing the company of the issue complete with pictures of the problem. I received a quick response they were closed for the holiday and would get back with me upon their return. Allowing them time to catch up from the holiday, my second email was sent on July 10th with another on July 12th. Here is is July 23rd and no response.

I know from personal experience when there was a problem with my second order they respond immediately and provide excellent follow-up. So why do they not provide the same quality customer service when there is a product quality issue?

These shoes were not worn all day everyday like a typical pair of sandals or tennis shoes. It seems for the price they should last for more than 11 months.

I am writing this to make consumers aware OOFOS quality of service and product are lacking.

I just placed an order today, May 27, 2023 and when I got to the end it showed the shipping address as different from the billing address. I need this to be shipped to the billing address. How can I change that?

The order #2644514 has been completed and paid for however I really need it to be delivered to the Austin, Texas address.

Please help and respond as soon as possible.

My name is Lynn Orr, It has been a year or better that I ordered a pair of OOFAS from your company. They were too small. I returned them to your company. I ordered another pair and they were $10.00 more. I started chatting with one of your representatives and I then sent her another credit card to charge the $10.00 to and I have never hear ANOTHER thing from this company at all. I am upset because I would love to have my sandals but have not had any results whatsoever with your company. What am I to do? I have considered filing a Consumer complaint with the State of Montana but was hoping we could get this issues resolved between. I need to hear from you ASAP or that is what I will have to do. I have been buying Oofos sandals for many years. I usually buy them in the spring and wear them until late fall. I wear them every day all day nonstop. This year I purchased my usual pair, and they are terrible. After two months my feet were hurting and I could no longer wear them. They used to provide a ton of support, but not this pair. I am very disappointed. I’ve been touting these to friends and family for years. I’ve spent every summer probably for the last seven or eight years wearing these. I am wondering if you changed something to make them so flimsy this year. Carla did the design change? Or the material to make them change? I would appreciate a refund, and unless something changes I probably will never order these again. Much to my dismay. Stephanie Laybourne

Purchased online from Oofos. Received these sandals on 20th July. The fit is wrong and very uncomfortable. Tried to return for refund. The returns website just keeps rejecting my details saying it does not recognise my email address or order number. I have emailed Oofos. They sent a new refund website address which does exactly the same as the first.

I ordered and received a pair of the black Mens sandals size 11 and had them almost a month and the thongs on both sandals broke. I was walking on wet grass when my feet started to slide in the sandals and as I started to fall the force of my feet broke the thongs and I completely came out of the sandals leaving them behind and I fell to the ground. My Oder number was 1357149.

Email posts picture and delivery date by UPS with UPS tracking number today to home address. Oofos site says transfer to To US postal service but site does not have a USPS tracking number. No package delivered by USPS and no ability to track package. Called postal service and told no method of tracking this package. Extreme delay of shipment. Company should offer free shipment directly by UPS or FedEx if purchases over $100 and not transfer to US postal service as there is no way of tracking and adds additional delay.
