Tennis shoes
Today, June 06, 2022, I noticed that my KSWISS tennis shoe got ruptured at the front. This is probably the 3rd ou 4th KSWISS tennis shoe that happens exactly the same. It gets ruptured in front on the right side. Can not be a coincidence. Something is definitely wrong with its manufacture. This last one is actually quite new and the whole shoe is perfect but the front.
Desired outcome: A reimburse of the price paid or a replacement with a new one.

I bought a new pair of your shoes in September off Amazon. They weren't that cheap. I have had the exact same shoes before and loved them. The insoles are falling apart and very uncomfortable after only 2 months. I dont even wear the shoes everyday! What happened to the quality? Where can I return the shoes? I’ve purchased K Swiss shoes for Tennis for years the last two pairs and I have purchased stink badly! None of my other shoes do this what is it about the shoes and the way that they’re made it caused them to stink so badly? None of my other running shoes or tennis shoes do this except K Swiss

normally we only have to order this shoe every 9-12 months but after 2 1/2 months they have started to wear already. The girls have not changed the amount of tennis they have played. It must be a manufacturing defect. We expect the shoes to be replaced, thanks, Tina Hull
I received a pair of KSWISS Tubes pink bottoms for my birthday in October of 2022. As of today, 5/8/23 I have to retire them.. right shoe only is coming a part and the mesh is ripping. So sad, not even an everyday shoe… comfortable, but poor quality…
