customer service sucks

The people working at Guam Famous footwear are very rude and unprofessional. I just recently bought two items them because of their promo aand also because I wanted to use my rewards points. I was overcharged and came back to get it fixed. But the ones in charged gave me bad looks and made me feel unwelcome like they just want me To leave. It was very uncomfortable talking to them. They have no basic good customer service. I came there with a smile and left in a very bad mood.

I placed an order on february 4, 2019 for one pair of shoes to be shipped to the store. When I came in to check if they had been shipped on february 11, 2019 the store manager alyssa sent one of her workers to check the mail box (mind you she gave him vague directions for his first time ever checking it) and he called to tell her there was nothing in the mail box. She then said "they haven't gotten here, do you not have a tracking number where you can check on them?" I then proceeded to ask her if there was anyone I could talk to because this same situation has happened multiple times and she rudely threw a binder on the counter, started flipping through the pages and said, with attitude, "let me write down the customer service number so you can call them for a refund and never shop here again!" no customer deserves to be treated like this. I asked her for her name and left. I did not appreciate being treated with such poor customer service by the store manager.

    Unless you were rude yourself she would not react this way. Obviously you were so rude that they do not want you back.

    If this keeps on happening multiple times then they fault is indeed yours. You keep on going back. She's probably dead tired if dealing with your cantankerous butt.

I order on line a pair of Adidas Sneakers size 2 for my son and a few days later they mailed me a pair of Adidas boots size 4., even though in the invoice that came with the order it was showing the correct shoes. So they wanted to keep my money while all the process of return was completed for a mistake I didn't make. Place order on July 28, 2018, online. Northern California fires start in Lake County and Mendocino County. Eventually everybody starts getting evacuation on cell phones. I call and as my story says the female customer rep tells me if it can't be delivered your post office which is closed, I'm told it will go to the previous address I ordered from. Don't live there anymore. She tells me I have to call Fed Ex to have the shipment stopped. Next thing you know it's Mandatory Evacuation. She could have tried to help me in some way while I was trying to figure out what to do. So if it's your policy that a customer has to call Fed Ex during a disaster situation, there's something wrong with your company. I have two boys who have ordered off your Website and they also have friends that do to. So now it's going to get passed along as to how you treat your customers. Hello, I returned a pair of boots on Feb.15th 2017 and the associate gave me a merchandise card for what I thought was for the amt of $35.56. I put it in my handbag with the receipt wrapped around it so I knew the amt it was worth. So I started browsing around and saw the Adidas was on sale for 29.99, so I said that's a bargain plus I'm a reward member. So I went to check out and the manager Shawn was checking me out and I noticed the price was 59.99 on the register screen. I told him that's not right and took him to the display. He said there no way we made that mistake. I told him well I did not do it . "Don't yall have cameras in the back ? Go see who did it." He was making it seem like I changed the price. Was it because I am black and not dressed up ? He said " I am not giving you those shoes for that price. Very rude!!! I have spent lots of money in Famous footwear. Never again will I step foot in that store.

Very bad service and company

I bought three pairs of shoes from Famous Footwear store and had to ship everything back! All three pairs were defective and poorly made and looked nothing like pictures. At first they refused to accept them back, and I wasted a lot of time arguing with them until they finally agreed.
Another bad thing was that I had to pay for the return shipping.
Don't even risk and shop elsewhere, Famous Footwear is terrible. I was promised a refund and I'm still waiting.

Return process

I bought two pairs of shoes from Famous Footwear and both were two small. Famous Footwear customer service rep promised me a refund and I agreed. I decided that refund was a better choice.
When I asked for a return label they said they didn't offer return labels. So I ended up paying for shipping back.
When they received the shoes they contacted me and said that they were not able to refund me and only replacement was possible. I asked them to explain in details what happened and why did they suddenly change their mind, but the did not reply. I had to agree for a replacement. I'm still waiting for it and it is now over a month and I'm starting to get nervous. I will never buy from Famous Footwear again.
