Warning: Poor Customer Service at Crocs - My Frustrating Experience
on social media to warn others about the poor customer service at Crocs.
I have to say, I was really disappointed with my experience on the Crocs website. I entered a raffle and made an account, but when I tried to log in, my account didn't exist. I forgot about the raffle until I received an email saying I had won. I went to the website to cancel my order, but when I typed in the order number from my email, it said the order didn't exist. I was really frustrated because I couldn't cancel my order.
I decided to wait until Monday to talk to someone from customer service. When I finally got through, they told me my order was being canceled and I would receive a refund. I was relieved, but then 2 minutes after the chat ended, I received an email saying my order couldn't be canceled. I was so confused and frustrated. I had just talked to someone who told me my order was being canceled, and now I was being told it couldn't be canceled.
I had a feeling something wasn't right, so I took a screenshot of the message and posted it on social media to warn others about the poor customer service at Crocs. It's really disappointing when a company doesn't take care of their customers, especially when they're supposed to be a well-known brand. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
Disappointing Experience with Crocs' Online Store during COVID-19 Pandemic
I gotta say, my experience buying from Crocs' online store was the pits! I placed my order for 3 pairs of shoes on April 19, 2020, and for three long weeks, not a peep from the folks at Crocs. Frustrated, I decided to give them a call, but boy, was I in for a long wait. After nearly an hour on the phone, the representative told me that there was no ETA on my order due to COVID-19, and refunds weren't happening at this time - what a bummer!
It wasn't until yesterday that I received an email update that my order would finally arrive on May 15, 2020 - but there was a catch. They had canceled one of the pairs I had ordered (which was supposed to be a gift for my mom). Now, don't get me wrong, I know times are tough right now with the pandemic and all. But come on, Crocs, can't you keep your customers in the loop about delays and whatnot? Instead of leaving us hanging for almost a month and then canceling orders, why not be upfront about things from the get-go?
After this experience, I don't think I'll be buying from Crocs again - once bitten, twice shy and all that. It's a real shame, too, because I was actually pretty excited about those shoes. Ah well, I'll just have to find something else to spend my hard-earned cash on.
Terrible Service from Crocs: Shoes Still In Stock After Two Weeks and No Refund
I decided to give Crocs a try and placed an order on April 23. It's now May 7, and my shoes are still in stock and haven't been shipped yet. I've tried to contact customer service, but they are not helpful at all. They won't tell me when my shoes will be shipped, and they won't issue me a refund. It's frustrating because I don't have my shoes, and I don't have my money back either.
To make matters worse, I've decided to file a complaint with the attorney general and the Better Business Bureau. I simply can't accept that a company can operate this way. The only good thing about this experience is that the customer service people I've spoken to are polite, but they refuse to provide me with the information I need.
I don't care about how the shoes feel or look anymore. The service is just plain awful. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. It's a shame that the employees are caught up in the way things are run. If you're thinking about buying from them, please don't make the same mistake I did. You'll be sorry.
If you don't believe me, just take a look at their rating. They are only rated 1.3 out of five stars. I really should have checked the rating before ordering from them.
Sorry, I can't post a picture, it won't show up because it's not 300 pixels.

Buyer Beware: Crocs' Inconvenient Return Policy For Retail Purchases
Just got a couple pairs of Crocs from the store on vacation, but we was a little out to lunch and didn't realize one of the pairs was too big until we got home. Made a redneck mistake, I reckon. Well, now we're stuck with them 'cause we don't live nowhere near a Crocs store and their return policy is hair-brained, let me tell ya. Can't return or exchange retail purchases online and gotta go to a real store to do it, which means takin' a long haul and spendin' more money. Ain't nobody got time or money for that, I can tell you that much. Seems like they got a de facto no-return policy for folks who go out and buy Crocs when they're on the road and far from home. So, if you're buying Crocs on the fly, just be doggone sure you're getting the right size, or else you're gonna be stuck with 'em.
Great Customer Service: My Experience with Crocs
I gotta say, I'm no computer whiz or anything, so I didn't bother with the website, but I did get myself two pairs of them Crocs sandals with straps back in 2010, and let me tell ya, they was nice. I mean, I walk a lot, like five miles a day at least, and sometimes even jog a bit, and these things held up pretty good. But then, after a few months, one of the straps went and broke right off. And then, wouldn't ya know it, the other pair did the exact same thing, in the exact same place, in mid-July.
Now, here in Hawaii, everybody sells Crocs. They got 'em in drug stores, hardware stores, even the local markets. So I took both pairs back to the shop where I got 'em, but I didn't have no receipt or nothing. I just left 'em there for the manager to look at, and let me tell you, a few days later, I had my choice of a full refund in cash or store credit.
Now, I don't know about you, but I think that's some pretty darn good customer service. Maybe all this dang automation and stuff is getting in the way of actual human interaction and good intentions. So, if you run into any problems with your Crocs, I'd say don't waste your time trying to deal with some computer program or whatever. Just head on over to your local Crocs shop, or maybe try reaching out to some other department that you can actually talk to a real person, like them investor relations folks or something.
Crocs: A Nightmare of Customer Service and Order Fulfillment
So I gotta be real with y'all, my experience with Crocs has been nothing shy of a nightmare. Like seriously, their customer service is just plain awful. I mean come on now, how hard could it be to hire a competent team of folks to handle your business needs? It's not like they're some mom-and-pop shop with only one person running the show. Get it together, Crocs!
I've been trying to track down my missing order for days now, and I've called their customer service line every single day. And you know what? Not a single soul has picked up the phone! I've literally had to keep my phone on speaker while I'm doing homework just so I don't miss their call, but it's been crickets for hours on end.
Honestly, I'm not even surprised at this point. Crocs has a habit of cancelling orders at random, sometimes WEEKS after sending out confirmation notices. And don't even get me started on their pitiful excuse for a tracking system. It's like they don't even care about fulfilling orders on time.
So here's what I'm gonna do: I'm done relying on Crocs to get me my [censored]. I'll just snap up some pairs from folks on Depop and eBay instead. It's crazy to think that buying from a total stranger is actually more reliable than a "legitimate" business that made over $725 million last year. Shame on you, Crocs. You have a long way to go in terms of customer satisfaction.
Crocs Website: Terrible Return Policy and Customer Service
So, I recently sent back a pair of classic white Crocs in size 11. I was charged $67.19CDN for them, which seemed a bit steep to me. When I got a text with a link for a refund, I was surprised to see that I was only getting $30.98CND back. What's up with that? Why do they send links for refunds and why is there such a big difference in what I got charged and what I'm getting back? It all seems a bit fishy to me.
To make matters worse, the return policy is just terrible. I had to pay for my own shipping to send the shoes back, which is just ridiculous. And when I called customer service to try and get some answers, I was put on hold for a whopping 30 minutes before someone finally picked up. And even then, they couldn't tell me why my refund was so much lower than what I paid. To top it all off, the call just randomly hung up on me. What kind of customer service is that?
I tried using the live chat feature on the website, but it didn't work at all. And when I tried to file a complaint through the email page, it didn't even send properly. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
Honestly, this whole thing feels like a scam to me. I'm never buying anything from the Crocs website again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. It's just a horrible, disgusting experience all around. Someone needs to do something about this.
Crocs: Great Product, Terrible Customer Service and Website
I've been wearing Crocs since the start and let me tell you, they are the best shoes for camping or taking the dog out. The product itself is not the issue, but the website and customer service are a whole different story.
Let me give you an example. I recently placed an order for a pair of Crocs online, but the next morning I found myself near a store and decided to buy a pair in person. I thought it would be a piece of cake to cancel the online order since I had just placed it and it hadn't even shipped yet. But boy, was I wrong!
When I contacted customer service to cancel the order, I was told that it was too late and I couldn't cancel it. Even though it had only been a few hours since I placed the order and there was no update on it, they refused to cancel it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe the order had already been picked and packed, but nope.
To my surprise, THREE WEEKS LATER, the order finally shipped. That's right, three weeks after I was told it was too late to cancel the order. I was shocked and disappointed by the terrible customer service and the long wait time.
Overall, I would advise you to stay away from Crocs. While the product itself is great, the website and customer service are not up to par. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.
Crocs.com: Do NOT Buy From Them! Scam Alert!
It's been like 2 weeks since I put my order at Crocs.com, and still nothing! I tried to email them and call them but nobody answers! I even been holding the phone for like 29 minutes, can you believe that? They already charged my card but my order hasn't even shipped yet. I was supposed to give those Crocs as Christmas presents but looks like I'll have to settle for a late delivery. Their website said they would deliver by Christmas if I ordered before the 10th, but that's just a lie. Plus, they won't let me cancel my order now. What a scam! They just want to take my money and not give me anything in return. I think they're just too busy to handle all the business they have, so save yourself some trouble and don't buy from Crocs.com no matter how cheap it is.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Crocs: My Order Still Hasn't Arrived
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with Crocs. I placed an order back in November 2022, just in time for Christmas, or so I thought. Their cut off date was December 7th, so I made sure to get my order in before then. But boy, was I in for a ride.
I've sent about 10 emails to their customer service team, and let me tell you, it's been a struggle. Some of them are just automated responses, and even when I do get a reply, it's not very helpful. I ordered some gifts, and I was really hoping to have them by Christmas. When I called them up, I explained my situation and how important it was for me to get my order on time. But after waiting on hold for 40 minutes, I had to hang up because I got another call. I tried again later, and this time I was on hold for 30 minutes before someone finally answered. But even then, all they could tell me was that my order was being "escalated." Like, what does that even mean? They couldn't give me any useful information about where my order was or when it would arrive.
I've sent even more emails since then, but I haven't gotten a single response. It's so frustrating, and I'm really angry at the company. All I want is for my order to be delivered, but it seems like they don't care at all about their customers. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had, and I'm not sure what to do next. I've even had to escalate the problem with PayPal, which is just ridiculous.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Crocs to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. If you're thinking about ordering from them, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.
Crocs.com: Stay Away and Don't Waste Your Money
I placed an order on crocs.com back in November and was hoping to get my grandson a pair of fuzz crocs. But boy oh boy, was I let down! They took my money speedily, but unfortunately, I never received the product. I tried to get in touch with them multiple times by sending emails and making phone calls, but didn't get a response. To my dismay, I had to dispute the payment with my bank. Needless to say, this left a terrible taste in my mouth – and not just mine, but also my grandson's. I just can't fathom how a company can do that to its customers.
If you're thinking of ordering from crocs.com, I would highly recommend staying away – far far away! 1
My Displeasure with Crocs: False Sizing and Poor Customer Service
I gots to say, I is displeased with Crocs for real. They be making shoes that ain't even true to size, and then when I had to send them back (twice!), they tried to charge me over $5.75 for the shipping. That ain't right and ain't good customer service, y'all.
I ain't never even got to wear their shoes cuz they is just too much trouble. I lives in Austin and the closest store is way out in Round Rock, like 25 miles with the worst traffic. That's just crazy, man. Ain't nobody got time for that.
I wouldn't recommend Crocs to nobody, cause if their shoes is anything like their customer service, they just plain old suck. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your shoes, y'all.
Disappointed with Recent Crocs Purchase: Shrinking Shoes and Frustrating Customer Service
Ok so I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my recent purchase from Crocs. I mean, I get it, they're supposed to be comfortable and all, but come on! I just got these shoes and within a few days, they had shrunk two whole sizes!
I mean, maybe if I had left them out in the sun or something, but I literally just had them outside my door. And to top it off, when I tried calling their customer service, I was on hold for a whopping 25 minutes! That's longer than it takes me to make my morning coffee, ya know?
So, naturally, I was pretty frustrated at this point. And as I was waiting on hold, I decided to look up some reviews from other Crocs customers. Holy moly, some of those reviews were not pretty. I was starting to wonder if I had made a huge mistake by buying these shoes.
But, despite all of this, I still gotta say, I do like the style of Crocs. They're pretty unique and come in some fun colors. And, if they weren't so darn comfy, I wouldn't even be so upset about the shrinking issue in the first place.
But ultimately, I'm not sure I'll be buying from Crocs again. The customer service experience was just too frustrating, and with the shrinkage issue, it's just not worth the risk.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Crocs.com: Shoes Arrived Late and Wrong Size
I recently made a purchase on crocs.com for a pair of shoes for my daughter. Unfortunately, the shoes arrived much later than expected, and to my dismay, were smaller than the size I had ordered. In fact, they were so small, they appeared to be baby shoes! Naturally, I reached out to the company's customer service team online for some assistance. However, to my surprise, I received no response from them.
After a few days of waiting, I decided to give them a call to see if I could get some help. I explained the situation to the representative on the phone, and they assured me that they would send me a return slip in the mail. However, I never received anything in the mail. I persisted and sent multiple messages online, asking for the same information over and over again. Unfortunately, I never received a response. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing to have to deal with such bad customer service.
Overall, my experience with crocs.com was not a good one. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as their customer service is clearly lacking. It's a shame since I was really looking forward to receiving these shoes for my daughter.
Crocs' "Hassle Free Return Policy" is a "Super Hassle to Return": A Review
I recently purchased a couple of shoes from the Crocs website but unfortunately, two of them didn't fit right and the colors were a bit off. I was hoping to return them but found the process to be a bit confusing. They advertise a "Hassle Free Return" policy but it turned out to be quite the opposite: it was a "Super Hassle to return."
Living two hours away from the store, I wasn't sure if they would even accept the returns. Nowadays, with online shopping being the norm, it's crucial for companies to be crystal clear about their return policies and any fees that may apply. Unfortunately, Crocs fell short in this aspect.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their online store due to the unclear return policy and potential hassle. As a consumer, I made a mistake by choosing to shop at Crocs, and I hope others can learn from my experience. If I could rate this experience, I would give it one star, but unfortunately, there isn't an option for zero stars.
Crocs' Return Policy Falls Flat: My Frustrating Experience Trying to Return Shoes #disappointed #notbuyingagain #crocsletmedown
I bought 3 shoes from the fancy Crocs site on July 8th, and one of the pairs didn't fit me. Crocs says they got a 30 day return policy where you don't have to give a reason to return. How cool is that? But, they don't just take the shoes back without some big ole' RMA thingy. Supposed to be easy peasy, you just log into your account, find your order, and bing bang boom, click a button to get the RMA form. Sadly, though, when I checked my account, nothing was there. No purchases, no orders, no shoes. What the heck? I also called customer service, but all I could get was an endless loop of computer messages that didn't help me one bit. No real human being came on the line either. Sad! I even emailed the Crocs customer service two times, but after two weeks, still no response. Ain't nobody got time for that! I won't be buying from this site no more if they don't fix this situation. It's not cool that they don't really follow their return policy. #disappointed #notbuyingagain #crocsletmedown
Crocs.com Failed to Deliver - Terrible Customer Service & Guarantee
So, I decided to buy some Crocs for my three daughters on the crocs.com website. I ordered them three weeks before Christmas, so I thought it was enough time to get them. However, four days before Christmas, I got an email saying that only two of the three pairs were shipped and the last one was "cancelled"! I was perplexed and disappointed at the same time! I had to spend two hours on hold yesterday to finally talk to a customer service representative, and they told me that the company guaranteed that orders placed before December 10 would be delivered before Christmas Eve. But what happened to my order? Now, my one daughter has no gift to open on Christmas day! I was so angry, and the service was extremely unsatisfactory!
In conclusion, the service I received from crocs.com was terrible, and I'm dissatisfied with their guarantee as an unhappy customer. I hope they improve their service in the future and avoid situations like this.
Disappointing experience with Crocs limited edition release
So here's the deal with Crocs. They've got these real cool limited edition releases and they want you to buy them. But, like, seriously, their website is straight up a joke. I was waiting in this "line" for the new LC3's for TWO WHOLE HOURS yesterday. I mean, I had better things to do, but I really wanted those Crocs, ya know?
Anyway, so finally at 12:45pm I was able to snag a pair and I was so pumped. I mean, I gave them my hard earned cash and everything. But then today, I get an email saying they cancelled my order! Are you kidding me? Apparently their fancy system had some issues and they had to cancel a bunch of orders. But like, that's not my fault, right?
So then they try to make it up to me by offering 50% off my next order and a few free pairs of Crocs. But honestly, that's not what I want. I ordered those LC3's for a reason and now I'm just out of luck.
I mean, I spend a lot of money on Crocs, clogs, sliders, you name it. But this experience has just left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm thinking I might have to switch it up and try out some Oofos instead. At least their website probably won't leave me hanging like this.
Disappointed with Crocs’ Customer Service: Overcharged for Shoes and Unhelpful Support
I recently had an experience with Crocs that left a sour taste in my mouth. At first, I was excited to try out their products and decided to make a purchase of three pairs over the phone since they were not available in stores. However, I found myself disappointed with their customer service.
There was a pair of shoes that I really wanted that oddly were priced at $39.99, but they were not available in the color I preferred. The salesman suggested an alternative color that was priced at $49.99, but he promised to adjust the cost of the shoes to $39.99. I thought it was a fair and reasonable solution, so I agreed to the purchase.
Unfortunately, I checked my credit card statement and discovered that they had charged me the full price of $49.99 for the shoes. I immediately called their customer service line to clear things up, but I found myself on hold for half an hour before reaching a representative.
To my dismay, the representative refused to do anything but issue me a credit to purchase more from their website. I was not interested in buying more from a company that had just ripped me off. It was frustrating and disappointing that they were not willing to address the issue and refund me the $10.00 that they overcharged.
Overall, I am saddened to say that my experience with Crocs was not pleasant. Although I do like some of their products, I do not think I will be making any more purchases from them anytime soon. It's a shame that their poor customer service has ruined what could have been a good shopping experience.
Crocs Website and Customer Service Review: "Croaked" Over with Full Price, No Price Match Policy, and Clearance Surprise
Got some crocs from their website few weeks ago, and man do I got some things to say! So, I ordered these cool crocs for 44.99, originally 49.99, on September 14th of this year. But, every time I tried to add these bad boys to my cart, it charged me the full price of 49.99. Kinda felt like I was getting crocked over, right? Anyway, I still wanted these crocs, so I placed my order, thinking I would get it all sorted out with customer service later. But, as of September 23, 2019, I ended up having to send 3 emails, talking to 3 different peoples on the phone, and even using their online chat function. And guess what? They said they couldn't do anything to help me, even when I showed them my screenshot of the original, cheaper price! Yeah, they told me they don't price match. Can you believe it?
Anyway, it's a real bummer, because these crocs went on clearance for 29.99 later on. And I was thinking, "why am I paying so much for these things?" Wish I had known this before. It's really made me question their customer service and policy, ya know? Crocs are great, but their website and customer service could use some improvement.
