Online portal is junk. Payments don’t process. Email in for help only gets you a canned response email 2 weeks later w zero information on the actual issue. Calling in does nothing even after 10x calling. Charge for blood work asked to not be done. Terrible company every single aspect of it. Latest example processed 2 payments on 12/4/25 thru portal $20.16 and $13.80 neither went thru but do see the debit card had a zero payment attempt. This is the latest. Have emailed in repeatedly this last year as well as calling many times when they double charged me a $50 payment I made. Took 8x calling over 6 months to finally get a $60 credit on a different bill to compensated.

Claimed loss: 2x $18.85 b12 2x vit d $266.02 I will call it a wash if you wipe out my balance less than $150 and I will just never go to quest again. Will happily pay out of pocket full price to never deal w this bs again

Desired outcome: An actualPerson to contact me and credit for labs I requested not be done - clear out owed lonely as a wash I’ll still over pay but at least be done dealing w it
