Purolator review: Extreme rude and unprofessional employee

I would like to report here how badly I ever have been treated by a courier clerk in Canada. I have used purolator services for years, but it seems they are hiring inexperienced people to do a simple job. I had a pack to deliver and i was talking on my phone when I approached the counter. The lady, called Sharadha, helped me and I could tell already she was having a bad day, because she literally rushed me with her words to be helped. After we finished, she asked me to wait aside and called another client in line. Meanwhile I was speaking on the phone when she literally yelled at me to be quiet. I wasnt loud and I totally felt ashamed by all the other customers in line. I understand if she felt i was disturbing, but as a customer service representative, she should be way more politw and deal with the situation better than yelling at customers all over the place. This happened at 6520 Kestrel Road, mississauga - oct 25 2022. I truly hope purolator train their personal better than this. I get better help at mcdonalds honestly!
