I called wanting my money back because first, it didnt give me the option to buy the esthetician practice exam, only the cosmetology. Which was pretty much useless. I went took the test, surprise- none of the questions were remotely similar. When i rescheduled my test, NOW it gave me the option to buy the Esthetician Practice test. I just came from taking my Esthetician test, this practice exam that i bought is NOTHING similar. I understand the test is not going to be the same, but it is called a PRACTICE TEST, but what is there to practice if none of the questions i saw on the actual test are on the practice exam? I called PSI customer service to ask for my money back, and they literally said "no, you decided to waste your money on this, its your problem" I spoke with a Robert and a Carmelita, both were absolutely useless, Carmelita worse than Robert- just horrible.
Desired outcome: I wanted my money back for both test, if i'm not going to have it, I want people to know that its a total waste of money, and let them know that its useless.

NY Life, accident and health insurance agent / broker exam 17-55
I have taken the exam 4 times and each time the exam was terminated due to no fault of my own,
The first time I took the exam, I was in an office and someone walked in. So I had to pay again as they said, it's against the rules.
However, there are no rules posted on their website about someone else walking into the place you're taking a test.
The second time the exam did not start due to the proctor not being able to see a glass table.
The third time the proctor could not see the table.

he Fourth time the proctor terminated the exam due to sunlight coming thru the office window.
I filed a complaint and it took 3 weeks for them to tell me no credit would be issued because of the light.
During the exam, I could see myself and my entire room the entire time, even when the proctor stopped the test.

Veteran’s Preference Points to be added . . .
I took my real estate license exam on 10/17/2022, I was a few points away from having a passing score. To get my veteran’s preference points added to my score, I sent my information via mail (the address that was on the score report) I’m a disabled veteran with VA compensation so I know that I should receive 10 points added to my score. How long does it usually take to get my updated score back? Will the new score be mailed to me? I really hope doesn’t take 8-10 weeks like people are saying, it’s been two weeks already and I’m still waiting.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a quick response and my new score with the 10 points added and sent back to me within the next week or so please.
Update: Finally received my updated score on 12/10/2022!
This has not been resolved as of yet so I don’t know why they felt the need to mark it as resolved! SMH unfortunately I’m still waiting!

Veterans points
I took my exam September 8 missed it by 7pts, but since I am retired military with 20 years I applied for points. So on September 8 I submitted DD214 and original score sheet mailed to PSI confirmation showed they received it on September 14. As of today I am still waiting for an answers. I tried calling no luck, when i did speak with someone they placed me on hold and hung up. I am just trying to get an answer. If not I will sign up to retake the exam.
Your help would be greatly appreciated

on October 18. 2022 . 12:38 pm I call PSI registration for my national portion of the exam. previously my 2nd attempt was Nov 11. 2021 I pass the state part of the test but did not pass the national part of the test. I have one year from the last exam I pass the state part retake the exam for the national part of the exam . Employee Ms. Stepheni answer my phone call and refused to enroll me for my next exam day best way to describe she has no idea what she was doing or trying to explain to me. I politely asked her to speak to the supervisor or manager on duty can help me with that simple matter, but she refused to do anything and constantly argue with me and refused to do anything. I was trying to explain to her for more than 20 minutes, I hardly understand what she trying to say or doing while I was trying to just enroll for my next examination day for the national part because all candidates have one year to retake the test if they fail one part of the test. she definitely needs more training for any future incidents. I was extremely unhappy with her work experience and rudeness. I will try to call again unless she already has done something to my psi student login. I need to take the test before november 8th
Live Remote Proctoring exam
On September 21, 2022, I was scheduled to take my C-ELWB exam via live remote proctoring. I made sure several days before the exam to perform a system compatibility check with my laptop (which checked out) and again on the day of the test. . . no problems there. My test was scheduled to begin at 1900. I logged on 30 min early to film my surroundings and take a picture of my ID. Following this, the proctor came on and wanted to do a manual check starting with my ID. They were unable to visualize the expiration date on my ID. I accessed tech support, twice. They attempted to maximize the resolution on my camera to no avail. By the way, there is NO WAY of knowing beforehand if this will be an issue. Keep in mind, my camera is fully functional and checked out twice beforehand on a system compatibility check. I then spend an additional 1.25 hours holding the ID up to the camera in different rooms, with different backgrounds, in different light, with a flashlight. . . in the end, the proctor was unable to see the tiny expiration date. I even (on camera) took a picture with cell phone and blew it up so the date would be visible. The proctor said she couldn't have a digital picture of the exp date which was sort of a laugh, since a digital picture is exactly what was happening through the laptop camera. In the end, after nearly two hours of issues, we decided that I should take the test at an in person facility. I was told that they were escalating the issue up the chain of command and that I should await rescheduling instruction which would arrive in 3-5 business days. I then received a notification from the NCC that I could reschedule. . . when I went to do this, they wanted another $125 to reschedule. I messaged them that I was unclear about why I was being charged to reschedule. They messaged back that PSI said it was a dysfunctional camera and that I was marked "absent" from the exam. I replied back that my camera is fully functional and checked out on system compatibility not once but TWICE and that it is very well documented that I WAS present for the exam and did literally everything I could from my end to resolve the issue. They said that I needed to contact PSI, which I then did, multiple times. This is a frustration because nobody speaks clear English and they are reading off of a script. PSI said that following the escalation, that I needed to refer to the NCC rescheduling directions. . . and right back to the $125 dollars. I let them know that I was doing that and that they needed to waive the fee for rescheduling. . . they were like, "No can do. . . refer to the NCC rescheduling directions". . . and round and round we go. Incidentally, if there is a technical issue at the in-person facility like, for example, a power outage or other technical issue, there is indeed a pathway for PSI to simply reschedule a test without a fee. . . it can, in fact, be done. What this is, is a faulty platform being peddled and then fraudulently utilized to collect more money from people.
Desired outcome: I would like to take my test at an in-person facility for no additional charge since it was their platform that didn't work out.

Having extremely frustrating issue getting something resolved that was their mistake. Because if this I can’t take my exam which is keeping me from being ably to work. Keep getting the runaround and no one responds when they say they will. Next step will be filing complaints with the State and BBB.
Interactions between another test taker and proctor
October 6, 2022 about the last 30 minutes of my test the test taker next to was having issues with his computer. The Interaction with him and the proctor was disturbing especially during crunch time.
I have also been trying to find answers for several questions that were asked. Their should also be some sort of check and balance system as a lot of test takers knows the answers to the questions but they appear wrong in sections.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund or credited for questions not answered.

Kubernetes cka exam
I am filing a complaint in regards with the CKA exam I took Oct 7, 2022. I was seated for the exam at 8:00 pm est and upon verification by the proctor based on the PSI required verification protocols. The exam was released. I was forced to not be able to use an external monitor that was connected to my laptop which diminished my ability to view the lab environment fully. The vdi was the size of a birthday card and went off the screen of my laptop. Additionally, the questions widget took up 1/3 of the screen. I addressed this with the proctor only to be told, I could contact PSI Support about the issue. Next as I'm trying to work thru this process and continue. I noticed there was no scratch pad to copy commands to for editing. Then moving forward as I was working through questions starting at question 7 or 8 the use-context that was required to perform the lab indicated that the use-context wasn't available. so I couldn't address the lab or the question on the exam, which I again brought to the proctors attention. But got the same response. Contact PSI Support. And lastly, the exam was canceled by PSI indicating that I was in violation because I was chewing gum. How does that even matter when I'm in my home taking the exam? I wasn't popping the gum and didn't have water to drink because I didn't want to have to go thru all the back and forth with the proctor about a bottle of water in the testing environment. So they canceled the exam which was already broken at the 1.5 mark in the exam and shut me out. This was ridiculous to say the least. All the studying to take this exam went for nothing. I'm really disappointed by the way that the test is proctored and the lack of support from the supporters...wink..wink..

CKAD exam proctor
Hi,
I am complaining about the proctor that was on the watch for my exams. This is absolutely ridiculous that this person had to type every minute while i was trying to do my exams.
This incessant communication breaks my flow, and it is very annoying.
I would want someone to go look into my CKAD exam recording and advise according. I know i will get a re-write but this is ridiculous.

Exam
I am a student that did the national instruments Certified LabVIEW developer exam.
At approximately, 2hr 45 minutes I was disconnected from the virtual server and had to log back in again. The support helped me reconnect and I completed the four hour exam.
On 9 September, I received feedback from National Instruments and a failing grade. The feedback indicated that whole swathes of my exam were missing as the feedback indicated I had not done various section which I had done.
I suspect the work from 2hr 45minutes (i.e. the partially complete exam) was submitted and not the complete exam and decided to contact psiexam as instructed by National Instruments.
I emailed psiexam on the 8 September and got no response.
I phoned on 9 September and was told I would be contacted within five business days and got no follow up.
I phoned on 19 September and was told I would be contacted that day and got no follow up call.
It is now 21 September and I don't know if my issue has been investigated at all.
I assume it is very easy to determine if the correct exam was sent, i.e. look at the timestamp on submission.

Exam location cancelled and zero communication
I drove over an hour to a PSI testing location in Fredericksburg, Va on 09/06 to take my 10:00 am scheduled exam which was $200. I have used this location before in the past so I didn't think I would have any issues. Not to mention I received a confirmation email from them that Saturday confirming the date and time. Once I made it to the location 30 minutes prior to my test, I noticed a few others were walking away from the building and there was a paper taped to the door. It clearly stated "We are in the process of changing locations. Please contact your exam client to reschedule your exam at our new location". I was completely disgusted and upset. Why wasn't I notified? Why was it even possible to choose this location as an option to take my exam if they weren't open? I spoke to a representative and explained everything to her. She also confirmed this "client" did not communicate with them either. She saw NOTHING in the notes. This is highly unprofessional and I have not received any correspondence related to this incident to make things right. I was only able to get someone to help reschedule my exam, but she lacked any sympathy to my situation. I drove an hour just to turn back around and go home. This is bad business and it's very disheartening to know we couldn't get an email or phone call letting us know we could not take our test here!
Desired outcome: A refund for my exam would have made things right. I was inconvenienced and treated like I was the nuisance for even inquiring.

Psi
I’m a candidate trying to get my sales person real estate exam in MA. On the PSI website special accommodation is offered for interpreter. I have tried numerous times to request this special accommodation that the board of realtors suggested I can get from PSI. After 2 years of trying, and getting to dead ends, then getting my hopes up that the company has changed, I still get nowhere with them. Their call center is not in the US and their answers are not based on the information they offer. I’m surprised the board of realtors or the organization that gave them the license to do the exams did not shut them down yet. They are the source of frustration and false information. All I want is for them to be shut down.

Customer Service line
I am a licensed real estate salesperson in MD and emailed to inquire about how to receive reciprocity to only take the state portion of the DC real estate salesperson exam. The email i received told me to call in to do this. I called in and was told I still had to register online for the national and to call back to get it switched to only the state portion. I did that to then call back and be told they have to refund me for the national and book over the phone for the state. This is an inconvenience for me because I now have to wait for the refund to rebook my appointment and who knows if the time I want to book will even be available when the refund comes.
Desired outcome: I would like a small discount in order to book only the state portion so that my desired date is available.

Veterans points
I took the ga real estate sales person test twice. Missed the first test by 7 points on June 27. Took it again on July 2 and missed it by one point. I sent the first test in with my dd-214 and a copy of my service connected disability rating of 10% over night with usps and they sent a notice of deliver on July 1,2022. I sent my second test in also which showed delivery on July 7, 2022. I called a week later to see if they received it. Had to call 3 times just to get someone to understand what I was asking. All I got was the same scripted answer, 8 to 10 weeks. After making more call someone told me they have received my paperwork and it will 8 to 10 weeks. We'll on the Friday of the 8th week I called and and finally got to a supervisor and they said they will contact ghat department that does veterans points and they will get back to me. We'll on the next Monday I got an email asking me to sent my paperwork to them via email that they can't locate my paperwork. This really pissed me off. This shows me that psi really don't care about veterans it's all about making money by forcing you to take there test over and over. I called the georgia real estate commission to complain and they said it seems to be an ongoing problem with psi. I was told that this was not a problem untill psi took over amp. Grec says the have constant co.plaints about psi and there handling of things and that I'm not the only veteran with these type of comaints.

Testing center
I scheduled a Certifified Paralegal Exam after paying $275.00 to the National Assoc. of Legal Assistants (NALA), and an Exam Fee of $60. I scheduled my exam on August 30, 2022 at 3pm.
I was working on my laptop before accessing the PSI website. My Laptop was in perfect working order. When I tried to login, I couldn't find the accurate login and contacted PSI. A Rep demanded Remote Access to my laptop in order to "show me" where the Login was, because the page with my exam info was RED and said I was not authorized. The Rep insisted I was not authorized to take the exam. I explained and read my confirmation ticket multiple times to the male Rep. I did not want to give him Remote Access to my laptop because I did not trust him. He REFUSED to instruct me where to find my correct exam page. It was not in the "Manage" area, where it was supposed to be.
Since he refused to tell me where the login was, I gave him Remote Access to my computer. After a long while, and his changing settings, he told me he was "Now going to transfer me to tech support so that they can assist me with my login." WTF! I asked him why he didn't just do that in the first place, since he was NOT the person to assist me! There was NO REASON to DEMAND REMOTE ACCESS to my laptop! I was transferred to tech support and a female Rep stayed on for the entire 2+ hours to help me. She also added my exam information that had not been there before. She instructed me to not only "turn off" and "close" various programs, but she had me "delete" them. She instructed me to also "end" so multiple programs, other than just the Google Chrome & other non-essentail programs.
The laptop was working when I logged into the Proctor, however, the Proctor insisted they could not "see" various parts of my desk and so many other things. Then they insisted they couldn't see anything. They demanded I remove the camera from my monitor, although I insisted it was not on a long extension. They refused to allow me to just show them a mirror image on my cellphone so that they could see everything. Their BS caused the camera to get damaged! I took my son's computer where he was previously doing homework. It's a Brand new computer. The Proctor kept closing their "chat" and then saying they got "disconnected" which was total [censored]. They used up almost 3 hours, and went passed my exam time!
I contacted NALA, crying, and told them what happened. I was told that they would create another exam ticket and send to me. I never received it, and the PSI account did not have my new exam. It only had "Not Authorized to Test".
I KNOW PSI's reason for sabotaging my exam was so that I missed the cut-off for scheduling with no sitting fee. This is PSI's way of forcing testing candidates to pay them an additional fee, because I am unable to schedule before September 1, 2022, when they start charging sitting fees again.
In closing, it takes me approximately one (1) hour to draft a Complaint and file it in court. That's what I am doing now. This is clearly a scheme to defraud candidates.
Desired outcome: Reschedule my exam at NO COST, or Refund the amount it will cost me due to PSI's fraud scheme.

Jira exam
I booked my exam to do a Jira exam. It was from 2 pm to 5 pm; at 1:45 pm I logged in and passed all the requirements checks provided by the PSI centre, but there wasn't any requirement about having a high-end webcam, so my proctor can verify my ID. It took over 2.5h for the examiner to be able to confirm my id, something a simple digital copy to be sent before the start of the exam will be more efficient than trying to check the id over the webcam (I did my visa documentation sending digital copies of my documents, and I reckon visa is a far way more important documentation than a Jira exam.) I have asked the proctor to reschedule my exam since I would not be able to perform my test (like any parent, I need to get my kid from child care), I have sent an email to customer support, and after 13 days, two weeks, they still have not any answer for me. My company keep asking me about the exam, but I will not pay for another fee until this issue is resolved (or not).

I’ve been waiting since I posted this message to get an email or phone call from either BBB or PSI and I never received non. How can PSI write that something is resolved the next day of me filling my complaint with out even speaking to me. Today is Aug 19, 2022 I been waiting for 3 months never heard from them. Am still waiting for my refund for their employee sabotaging my test. This issue is not resolved I haven’t spoken to no one and I still haven’t received any refund and I am about to file a complaint with the Commissioner of Ga and see if they can investigate this employees.

The Testing Experience BEYONG THE WORST
I'd like to share my experience with PSI today. I was scheduled to take a post-licensing real estate course exam, and the assigned proctor specifically informed me that the use of calculators was allowed. I didn't really need a calculator for this exam given its nature, but there was a question on tax proration, which was pretty straightforward. I pulled up a calculator to calculate the proration, but as soon as I did that a message popped up that my session was terminated due to the use of a calculator. Needless to say, this was beyond unacceptable and VERY frustrating. I called the exam provider and they resent the eligibility confirmation to PSI. However, with PSI it was a totally different experience - they wouldn't allow me to resume my exam and moreover, they requested I wait until an investigation is completed. My course expires early next week and I simply cannot wait for the 5 business days they requested. This is absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with a proctored exam. At one point during the test, the proctor even paused my screen for a minute and apologized for it, which was very distracting.
I NEVER received any warning messages about the use of the calculator. Again, the use of a calculator was ALLOWED on the exam and CONFIRMED by the proctor. I was kicked out for NO REASON and this resulted in my time and effort being WASTED. I was almost done with the exam when this took place.
This is absolutely the WORST of the WORST experience I've ever had and nobody would even apologize for it. I'd NEVER use a proctored exam again - my provider doesn't provide an option to take an in-person test, therefore, I'm forced to take the exam with a proctor. I took the exam today 8/17/22 and it was scheduled for 5pm. I really need this exam nailed ASAP and despite the test provider giving them a green light, the PSI team won't let me schedule a new one - UNACCEPTABLE!
Desired outcome: ALLOW ME TO RESUME MY EXAM or at least RETAKE IT ASAP before my course expires!

I’m complaint about being kicked out of my exam.
My name is Kori Mendes, I am a woman and I got my menstrual cycle in the middle of my exam, I had no choice but to get up and use the bathroom, I waited as long as I could and was already on my exam for almost 3 hours. I was gone for maybe a minute and came back to get kicked out. I understand you don’t want people cheating but this is ridiculous. I would have no time to cheat just from using the bathroom and am being watched the whole time. I can’t believe I have to reschedule and re pay for another exam on top of taking time off of work to already do this one. This policy you have of not be able to be allowed to use the bathroom is inhumane and ridiculous, I have never been in a test not been able to use the bathroom. I am so disappointed and so frustrated with this company.

PSI testing center staff - downtown Chicago
One of the staff (black middle age women wearing glasses, sitting to the rightmost side) did not allow me to take the test. She asked me to read the "regulation" on her computer screen (in a way like testing an idiot) before she made her point that I cannot use a temporary driver license. (The other PSI test center had no problem with it. Anyway, you have your "regulation" and strictly stick to it I cannot fight against.)
Alright I'll have my wife bring my passport to me. But she said:" you cannot exceed 15 min grace period, not even 1 minutes. "
It almost made me give up taking this test.
Luckily, my wife reminded me NCARB regulation says maximum 30 min late is allowed. And thank god she delivered the passport to me fairly quick and only passed 20+ minutes. I showed the NCARB exam guideline to her. And she she still tried to call her supervisor to prove she's right.
But finally, she let me in(I don't know if she managed to call her supervisor since I'm outside waiting for my passport).
Everyone should follow the rule, but this person just enjoys seeing how your face looks like when her most minor "rule" can ruin your weeks and months of effort's preparation.
