I have had nothing but problems getting a printout or copy of my test results for the South Dakota Brokers exams. I originally took the exam on September 14, 2023. I was told at the beginning of the exam that the printer was not working and I would need to take a photo with my phone of the computer screen in order to have my results. I did not bring my phone into the testing site as the PSI exam website states no phones are allowed to be used in the testing site. I was given a small piece of paper with a phone number on it and told to call to get my results. After calling twice and getting two different responses, one stating I would have the results in 1 business and one 3 to 5 business I still have not received my results from the exam on September 14 and it is October 7, 2023. I initially failed the first exam and was unable to see the areas I did well in and needed to focus on for the next exam that I would take on September 22nd due to the fact of not. having my phone in the testing center. The second time I took the exam I had my phone with me I passed the exam and was able to get a picture with my phone but still not able to get a printout. An official document is needed to send to the South Dakota Real Estate Commission in order to get licensed by the state. I reached out yet again over the past few days, specifically yesterday, October 6 to get a copy of the passed exam emailed. Had to call three times as I was sent to a different customer service area and then told it had to be emailed to Scorings and it would take another 3-5 business days to get an email. I had a total of just under 2 hours of being on hold in order to be told nothing could be expedited all while I am trying to apply for my Real Estate license, paid to take exams with PSI and I have no results due to the fact that the companies printers don't work. The testing center did state that they had been without a printer since June of 2023 and the problem is PSI. As of October 27, 2023. I still do not have an email of any of my exams results and no answers on timeline to receive them. When I asked for a refund the customer service rep. argued with me on how much a paid and then hung up on me when I stated, kindly, that the only way it seems to get help may be to reach out to a state rep and make them aware of this problem.

Same response I’ve been getting with no results for over a month now. No communication or follow up when all I need is my exam results. If you have a choice do not use this company…
