Popeyes review: Hygiene,45 min wait,wrong food

Today I went inside to order chicken at POPEYES. I first used the restroom. It had NO SOAP. I rinsed my hands and blow dried them. I was first in line. I stood there fo 20 min total without being acknowledge. 10 min in I watched a Male employee (Cordel) go into the bathroom for 10 min. Remember NO SOAP in bathroom. I heard the blow Dryer run for 2 seconds. He came directly out and started serving and preparing food. 10 min later the woman at counter waited on me. Well I am now 20 minutes into waiting on my food. During all this two of the employees are wiping down equipment and sweeping the floors behind the counter. I believe this is mostly a upper management problem. Am I just being a cranky old man ? Now going on 25 minutes sence i ordered food. STILL NO FOOD ! Well they finally called my number 45 minutes.The order was missing an item. Unfortunately Cordel made the missing item. As I left on customer was at counter because he had been waiting for 1 hour ! ! ! I GUESS I SHOULD FEEL GOOD ABOUT 45 min wait. Well got home and...NO SPICEY CHICKEN.
