Pizza Hut manager

I want to file a complaint on my manager ariel woodluck she is a very bad manager she always targeting me. She will not help when the screen gets full of orders and when i told my general manager he spoke with us its was all good but the next day she been having a attitude She was very uncooperative just doing evil things lien on me also just to try to get me in trouble this all been happening since a few weeks ago and im very tired of it i want something done immediately. She is very less of a good manager and its sad that she would have a attitude with a team member all because she has been told to stay off her phone and do some work by the general manager.

Pizza Hut delivery service

I have been a loyal customer for Pizza Hut. But your delivery service is realy very bad. Not At any one time they have delivered within the 30 days. This is mainly referring to klang bbk piza branch. Very seldom the branch manager make a courtesy call to inform its late. Do not advertise something u cant deliver. How to you want us to usr your online when this service is really bad...

Pizza Hut food poisoning

On June 23, 2019 we ordered food at 8:30p.m. from pizza hut to be delivered to 13374 sw 281th terrace homestead, Florida 20 to 30 after eating the pizza everyone in the house was sick vomiting and had diarrhea from the food. We all suffered from food poisoning. We suffered from food poisoning and suffered severe stomach pain. We are seeking compensation for the pains and sufferings this is wrong to be feed spoiled food or expired products.

Pizza Hut pizza hut service charge

I purchased one large pizza from Pizza Hut for $9.99. Then, Pizza Hut added a "Service Charge" of 50 cents. Then, Pizza Hut added state sales tax of $1.08, making a total of $11.57 for the entire cost of the pizza. I ordered the pizza in person at the Pizza Hut establishment and picked up the pizza personally about 20 minutes later. While I was waiting for my pizza, I noticed the 50 cent "Service charge" and asked the employee what the service charge was. She read to me a sentence about off setting California mandates that required Pizza Hut to add a "Service Charge." The employee really didn't understand what the "Service Charge" was either! To me, this added Service Charge " is an added tax on top of the California State tax, and it seems to be illegal. Let's organize a class action lawsuit against this seemingly illegal tax on top of the State Tax. I ordered and picked up the pizza myself! What "service charge" is provided to us? Consumers should be aware of this practices immediately and legal action should be initiated with what appears to be gauging the public. No other food establishment (to my knowledge) does this except for Pizza Hut. What has Pizza Hut done to explain this added cost? Who knows?

Pizza Hut pizza

I would like to complain about the Pizza Hut location at:

Every time I try to order something online from them based on a TV commercial I see, the price is never honored at this location. When you advertise a large 2 topping for $7.99 then their price is $9.99.

I just saw a commercial for the same pizza for $5.99 and I went online to order from them but their price was $7.99. I called the location but they said the owner sets his own price.

On top of this they add 40 cents to any order with the excuse that is a cost of doing business in Ca.

This franchise gives Pizza Hut a bad name. The owner tries to save money but he is actually losing business because every time this happens then I order from papa johns or dominos instead just because I am pissed off at them.

If this is a franchise of yours then you should speak to the owner and let him know how stupid this is.

Pizza Hut vegetarian pizza

We ordered for the pizza to be hot & it hadn't came as requested and so accordingly we asked for the delivery guy to take it away with him & when we called the branch manager to register a complaint he dismissed our complaint and instead of acting as a proper branch Manager should & propel a solution for the provided incident he instead, very rudely if I must say, shrugged us off & told us that it'd probably be best had he cancelled our order.
The desirable solution we'd like to have is for this very dismissive, highly inadequate and profoundly disrespectful Branch Manager to be taken action with, because if it is to my understanding that your customers must be treated with the utmost respect and not as though you were doing us a favour, we're the ones buying from you, not the other way around, i.e we're the ones helping your business grow and I highly doubt you'll go far with this branch .

Pizza Hut hiring of dangerous criminals

It's one thing to give people a chance, however, it's dangerous to hire convicted rapists, murderers and burglars who will be delivering food to customers. Pizza Hut does not discriminate about who they hire. After hiring convicted criminals, they send them right out to your doorstep as delivery drivers. When you order from Pizza Hut, in places like the New Albany and Reynoldsburg stores, both just east of Columbus, Ohio, you will find criminals such as these at YOUR door. It's my opinion that picking up your order from Pizza Hut is a better option than having a dangerous criminal deliver it to your house.

On a personal note, I complained about the manager codes being used the wrong way to Mike, manager, in New Albany. He did nothing and after complaining about it to the GM, Todd, within a week I was taken off the schedule. I told Todd that the manager codes were being misused by non managers in such ways as to pay themselves out and give themselves a driver bank. This is against the rules and if the Pizza Hut owners were to look into the numbers in these franchise shops, and the criminal element working in these shops, they would be very upset with the managers of these particular stores. Shops like this make Pizza Hut look bad. Treating certain employees, non criminals, like snot rags, while treating the criminal element with respect is backward. I complained about these things and was taken off the schedule for, "driving erratically". I have never been pulled over in my life. In order to get rid of me and my complaining, they doctored up some erratic driving tripe and screwed me. I am also calling the police to make a complaint about the drug dealer working in the New Albany store and who is selling pot out of the store. I was asked if I wanted to buy pot by another employee named Jordan. At both of these shops employees stand out back of the shops, or sit in their cars smoking pot. The managers allow it. Some of the people working in these two shops are children who are around these criminals and drug addicts. That's right. Convicted criminals working around children. Drug addicts smoking pot around children. Pizza Hut.

I was taken off the schedule for no reason. So I'm narcing them out. I was basically fired for following the rules in a place where no one else is following the rules. When I complained, I was pushed out.

I would also like to add that these two shops, being the only two shops I've worked in, are filthy. Grease is caked on the floors under and around the fryers. The green shelves are coated with some kind of sticky sludge. The floors are so dirty that you could never sweep and mop enough. They must be scrubbed. NO ONE WEARS GLOVES WHILE DOING PREP OR WHILE MAKING FOOD. If I were a manager for Pizza Hut, my store would be spotless. My employees would follow the rules, no exceptions. My food would be top quality and picture perfect. Unfortunately, I'm now not allowed to make it that far.

Pizza Hut over charge on app order deals

I get on mobile app to make mi oder and i see a deal large pizza 3 toppings for $9.99 and i make the order and they charge me 17.32 for that pizza special i call costumer Service and she tell me that she can't do anything the only thing she can do is to Submit a complain but she can't do anything els they over charge me i want mi mony bock they sure it respect the promotions

Pizza Hut pizza quality and delivery service.

today, 6/19/19. I ordered a pizza like i normally do and it came in just over an hour, and the pizza was all on one side of the box. The delivery driver shook the box to make the pizza better looking in the box. I asked him if he dropped it. he said no, but kind of hard to believe after I saw it. The pizza was cold. I had to put it in the microwave to heat it. That is just ridiculous! I order from pizza hut quite often and it always, or should I say, never has it come within a reasonable time and it's always cold. The last time was 6/16/19 and the pizza was over 2 hours late so they gave me a free pizza. There is an obvious pattern. Not good! It usually boils down to mis-management. I took a picture of the pizza today and I do have a witness. The Pizza Hut address is 3051 25th St S., Suite E in Fargo, ND 58103. Pizza Hut complaint

I ordered at 11pm, we received the order after 12am, it was wrong as following:
1. Salad isn't matching the order
2. Potatos is less than 200 gram, it should be 400 Gram
3. Garlic bread received without cheeseithout Mashroom, we got it with Mashroom.

I complained by phone, Mr. Abdullah answered me, I asked for in charge, he transfered me to Mr. Mostafa, he checked the order and a to send us the correct order .greed that it's wrong and he will contact the restraunt to send us the correct order. None came to us, we tried calling again twice, they promised that RM will contact us immediately. None has contacted us which isn't acceptable.

Pizza Hut complete lack of service

We ordered our pizza at 6:05 pm. We asked for it to be delivered as soon as it was ready. Two hours later at 8:05 we called to see when we could expect our order. No one answered the phone. It is now 8:50 and we're still waiting. As they could not even answer their phone, we have no idea if the pizza will eventually show up or not. Has our order been lost? Who knows? Certainly not us.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened from this same location. They won't get another chance.

Pizza Hut incorrect order, poor customer service

We ordered 1 Large Meat Lovers and 1 Large Veggie Lovers

We recieved 1 large pizza and 1 TINY pizza

Thinking maybe I ordered incorrectly, I checked my recent order and took a screenshot - I DID order TWO large pizzas!

I called the store and was placed on hold AS SOON as I told them I had an issue (no, "Please hold". Just instant Pizza Hut ads)

Manager Mary stated that I ordered 1 large and 1 personal pizza so the mix up was on Corporates end and they are franchised so she couldn't help me.

I asked for Corporates number and she said they don't have Corporates number - Who doesn't have Corporates number?

I just want some kind of compensation for the mix up, being on hold for 25 mins, no attempt to correct the matter and having to go out and purchase more food to feed the family (defeats the purpose of delivery)

(And to top it off = WRONG CRUST!)

Pizza Hut pizza

The Pizza was burnt and crust was chewy and we ordered thin crust and the crust was not together it was separated.

I called the store in Athens to make a complaint they put me on hold for a manager then I Was hung up on. When I called back there was no answer

Pizza Hut dine in service

pizza hut middletown kentucky shelbyville road. I realize that the lady manager broke her foot and is unable to work right now. I usually go to this pizza hut once a week but I will not go back. This past saturday afternoon I went to this pizza hut to dine in. No one said anything to me when I entered. Two young ladies entered right before I did to dine in and no one spoke to them. The lady at the front counter could care less about persons who wanted to dine in. She had an attitude and just was concerned about carry out orders. The two young ladies and I left and no one seemed to care.

Pizza Hut restaurant

I made an online order and the time said 30 minutes. I received a phone call from the store informing that they are out of one of the items and that they had one delivery driver therefore the delivery will be 2 hours and most likely I need to cancel my order. Pizza Hut the extra cost for pan crust.

Why must you charge an extra $2 for your pan pizza? I would buy more pizza hut pizza if it wasn't for the extra chatge for pan. I use to buy 10 pizzss a month from Pizza Hut when you didn't charge extra for pan. I don't care for your hand tossed because the crust is like cardboard. So I buy mostly Dominos or Papa John's. Like I said I would buy large pan pizzas from Pizza Hut if you didn't charge $2 more.

Pizza Hut complaint about my order pizza hut cancelled

I want to make a complaint about Pizza Hut on 1300 Elm Street, Hampton, SC 29924. I placed a call in order tonight to pick up at 7:54. I was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I wanted to give plenty of time for them to make since I have had to wait longer in the past when picking up my pizza. Ordered thin crust pepperoni lovers, stuffed crust pepperoni lovers and bread sticks. As I was about to pull into parking lot at 8:39, I received a call from Pizza Hut telling me my order had to be canceled because they ran out of dough. Since my order should have already been ready by 8:10-8:15, how did they just realize they ran out and not have called me 25 minutes ago. I even called the number back to be sure and the girl who called said "yes, we are out of dough and my manager asked me to call everyone and cancel orders." I love Pizza Hut pizza but this location in Hampton is horrible with running out of dough, bad customer service and always getting orders wrong. I am not one to complain or write complaints because I know everyone has bad days. This instance was just such poor service and blatant disregard for the customer that I could not say something. I will never go back to this location again. Something needs to be done about this location if Pizza Hut still values their customers. If not, I guess in a few years they will just be another chain closing it's doors.

Pizza Hut quality and illegible survey codes

Have been ordering pizza from you for more years than I can remember. Have only had a few bad experiences with you, like yesterday. We ordered two large super supreme pizzas but the pizzas looked as though your store (South Zanesville, Ohio) ran out of vegetables. There were very few on either one. And then the offer for a $10 coupon for taking a survey, well the code was partially covered with the sticker that holds the receipt to the box. Resulting in an incomplete code. So now what do we do?

Pizza Hut delivery delay and fake info on the online receipt

This is my address 52/1 Rubberwatte Rd, Gangodawila, Nugegoda, COlombo, Western Province Sri lanka

And according to the receipt, I got the order from Pizza Hut Nugegoda which is around 2.7 KM from my place.

There was a certain promotion today
I ordered 2 pizzas at 8:32( It was an online Payment)
The delivery guy came at around 10:15 P.M (1 hr and 45min after the the order was made)

The absurd part is not the delivery guy being late but the time lodged on the online receipt that I got after the delivery was made. The time mentioned on the online order delivery confirmation receipt stated that the delivery was made at 9:10 PM(appx. 1 hour before the actual delivery was made.)
This false info stated in the receipt denies me from having proof to make the complaint regarding the absurd delivery time.

Anyways assuming that the order delivery confirmation receipt was sent to my mail as soon as the delivery was made. I could show the time that I got the mail by attaching the screenshot of that receipt. Also I'll be attaching the initial receipt that I got after placing the order.

Please look in to this matter and provide me with a suitable compensation.

p.s I have been a long time customer of pizza hut and there have been delays in the past and I have never made complaints about them I could understand that delays could happen due to various situations and scenarios But I am making this complaint to emphasize on the unprofessional error made on the order delivery confirmation which has never happened before.
