Pizza Hut review: my order

It started 10/26/19, I called to get assistance with Pizza Hut App the CSR stayed that everyone including the manager was busy, second call I had gotten hung up on. Proceed to call the next day 10/27/19 to talk to manager Ryan to complain what happened the day before. Ryan helped me with my order ( no problem) but I waited an hour and 15 min plus food was lukewarm. I did pay 34.51 to find the presentation of both pizzas was not completely done. I am disappointed and disgusted that I paid for something just handed over with no discount.
