The manager was very rude, lLOUD, disrecptful and lack customer services skills. We were very disappointed at the new management at the facility, we have been faithful supporters of this establishment.
Others customers were also shock at the lack of couresty with the managent. She was rude to her staff, they also stated how hard it is to work with her. In my professional oppoinon as a manager myself, I thought customers were always right and that they should be treated with respect. Her name was Daisy, she would not give her last name. I will never return to the Floresville Pizza Hut at 539 10 street in Floresville.
She grab our plates with a vigouisly force and attitude.
She continaually she bad mouth us in the cooking area were other customers could hear. I was so outrage, I wanted to leave and pay the bill.

She needs customer service skills and people skills

it has come to my attention that the pizza hut in philipsburg, pa is not complying with their own policy. They have a manager that does not have a diploma or a ged. I tried to contact the owner but he never got back. Any ideas what i can do about this so people with the right qualifications do not get screwed. Im just lookin out for the little guy. I am in the construction field, I work for a living.

I wondered the same thing TOS...and I agree that a lot of companies make exceptions. In this case perhaps the person who is the manager has years of managerial experience but lacks a diploma. I would think that a company would prefer a person who needs little training and no diploma opposed to a person that would require a lot of training yet has a diploma.

OP, why the heck is it any of your business who they have working as their manager? I don't get it. Did you apply for the job and get turned down?

I am complaining about the manager at our local Pizza Hut located at 15 & Chew street Allentown. First of all, we ordered meat lovers pizza and they delivered a simple cheese pizza with the price of meat lovers. I am not upset for not getting what we ordered as much as I am upset for not getting apology for delivering a wrong pizza. The manager answered with very rude attitude blaming us for not talking clear when we ordered the pizza. After so many years of being a loyal customer to Pizza Hut, I decided to not order from them anymore. I wish it was a way to talk to the owner of the store and inform him/her of the way his store manager treats the customers.

I actually tried to explain it to him but he thought I am doing it to get a free pizza. As a person who deals with customers all day long, I would like people to give me a feedback about my business and let me know what my downfalls are that I fix the issues. We were hungry and we ate the cheese pizza anyway. However, after I posted this I called the corporate office of Pizza Hut and they were very kind and cooperative with the issue. A poor management should not ruin the operation of a well established corporation like Pizza Hut. I am a huge fan of pizza hut and I think they do a fabulous job in making the best Pizza. Just you know, I don’t need a free Pizza. It is about the principles.

I had similar situation at South Plainfield, NJ 07080 with a guy called Mehul. Very rude and arrogant, no respect to customers. I wish Pizzahut should think about this guy. I am not going to this place never.
