Pizza Hut review: hot wings hard and dry with no sauce, pizza was cold with no sauce and took 2hours for deliver. sad news

Very bad customer service, the employees is rude. Even the store manage was disrespectful. On june 21, 2011 at apprx.5:00 pm I contacted the pizza hut 5688 silver hill rd suitland md. 20747. I place a order for a large stuff crust with hot wings and a 2 liter pepsi. I must say two hour past know pizza know coutousy call, nothing at al. I contact pizza hut, I was told by one the rude customer service reps. Hold for one minute she stated. I was place on hold for 15 minutes, I was assiste later from the manger that my pizza is being kept warm and my order is the next to go out. As she said that, I get a knock at the door by the delivery driver from pizza hut with my order. Now that one huge lie the manger to me yesterday evening. As observe my food along with my silbling, there was a bad odor complaint I made along with my sister, the pizza had know sauce just few pepperonies here and the pizza was cold with crust chees was not cook, as we was pick and feelin three the crust and it was just diguisting and uncook. The chicken was so dry and funky with no hot spicy sauce, it was horrible, I contacted the manage and told her that I was feelin so violated and lied to that I cant trust her service or word and I will like a refund and stated that I could not refund by deliver, but I could pick my refund up or I could recive a another horrible order. I selected picking my refund up. I pick my 25.00 dollars refund up and that was the end of that horrible dinner night. The employees lies terrible they are rude there and will place you on hold forever. It';s located near out of business safeway, they service suck, they need to go out of business next. Service sucks, if it was my restaraunt I will be there supervising my product and helpin g the community not destroying it. Management on all levels sucks at pizza hut. Commecials is false advertising, your food looks nothing like it looks on tv.
