On May 5, 2023, my daughter ordered pizza online, and after she pushed the submit button, she realized the pizza hut the order was placed at was over 3 hours away.
She immediately attempted to cancel the order, but everytime she called they hung up on her. After the 3rd time calling back she asked to speak with a manager, but got hung up on again. We attempted to call 6 times and everytime they would put us on hold then hang up. The order total was $103.00 and she just wants to be reimbursed. They should have called her when they saw that they would not have been able to deliver it due to the distance.
The store is located in Columbia SC, and we are located near Atlanta, Georgia.
Her name is Jennifer Lasiter and telephone number is [protected].
Desired outcome: Reimbursement. And I think workers at that store need training in customer service.
First of all, youre a rude POS, she is 21 and she ordered from the first place that showed to be closest to us. She was in a hurry and wasn't paying attention. It happens, mistakes happen. Poor customer service is the issue, and if they didn't hang up on her 6 times, the issue could've been resolved.
