Today Saturday March 7 2026 I placed an order by phone for a Veggie Pizza at Pikins Avenue Brooklyn New York. The call center took my information including my credit card and expiration date. I was then transfred to the store and the rude young lady who answered the call took my delivery address information. I have ordered from Pizza hut before and today was a disaster. The young lady who took the delivery information never took my credit card information and when the person showed up at my door I was told I had to give her 30.14. I was perplexed because the call center took my credit card information from me and yet I have to pay 30.14 at the door when the pizza was delivered? I then called back to the store and the young lady was extremely unprofessional to the highest degree and I simply asked her why she didnt take my credit card information when she was asking me for the delivery information? Is this the way Pizza Hut operates with rude unprofessional staff members working there? I have ordered from that same store before but today was a disaster. I am not hoping my card has not been charged.

Desired outcome: I have no idea what you will do to resolve this.
