7 months ago I started and ended a 30 day trial subscription and after rechecking my bank noticed they have been charging me for the past 6 months for a subscription I don't even have. I've lost over 180 dollars to this service just because I haven't been watching for fraudulent activity. I don't know how to fix this as their support is very difficult to reach for some reason as it gives no confirmation that your message has actually sent or a phone number to call and talk with a representative.

This charge of $21.25 just appeared on my credit card statement, October 4, 2021. I don't know what it is, or what the product is, that I supposedly purchased. I don't have a "client number" because I never signed up for this. I would like a full refund as soon as possible! Please and thank you!

Charge my card $96.00 without authorization. Never signup or ever been in the website. Not resolved by 10/4/2021 by 5pm. I will NOT hesitate to your company into the state attorney general; office. Date of incident 10/3/2021

I cancelled the subscription on the day the trial started only for 1 month later to be charged £14.91. I am looking for a full refund on this product

SCAM! BEWARE! Unauthorized charge of over $180.00. when I applied for my mortgage to buy my house they had me sign documents. Now I'm a month later I'm getting charged $96 96 dollars over and over for unauthorized charges to this signature company that I did not approve authorized or accept any charges for.

I deleted the account then when they charged again i went back in and it creates the acclunt but doesnt give you a password to change anything. just keeps charging your credit card. it is a scam.

I have a charge for $102.34 (for this company) which my bank shows was charged on 22 Sep 21.

I do not remember ordering nor using this product. I would like it canceled and refunded ASAP.

I live on a fixed income and cannot afford these type of expenses, therefore I never order them. I was surprised when this charge showed up in my account.

I do not have any account from pdfiller nor using the kind of app. I want my money back. I never put any credit or any card records for this kind of stuff that i didn't even own or use. I have not use the app and i have no use for the app.

Email came today I've just paid you fees, id 48m151453s4887245--checked it with paypal. I'm supposed to be free, cancelled, I also should have been forewarned & neither worked. It needs refunded & ended TODAY, NOW! I want out, it's over. Don't have a membership number, that should all have been settled when I spent most of a day by phone & email, supposing it was cancelled a few weeks ago. Receipt id ought to be enough for who I am

I have been charged $20 a month at least the past two months, but do not have any services with your company. I logged in and it shows no subscriptions, no credit card information, nothing. This leads me to believe there is fraudulent activity either from someone else, or from your company. I would like a refund and my account cancelled immediately.

I am very upset to see money has been taken from my account when I only applied for the free trial and cancelled 2 days later with a confirmation email and screenshots. It is only 0.65 pence but I was also charged a transaction fee for non sterling payments. I'm terrified and worried that this business will take more money from my account or try to charge me again. I have contacted my bank but I would of course like a refund for the charges.

Good afternoon, I'm seeing you guys took 96$ from me on august 30th I need a refund. I didn't ever sign up for a subscription that cost this month. I am 34 weeks pregnant and needed that money. Once again it was not an authorized transaction and I would like a refund if I'm going to continue to use your company's website in the future.

I am unsure how I was charged, especially for over $100 when I unsubscribed over a year ago. I logged into my PDF Filler account and am in fact not subscribed in any way. I do not know for what or for why I am being charged so much, especially when I haven't used this service in quite some time. I used the free trial but was sure to unsubscribe - as evidenced by my status on the website being listed as 'Free'.

hi, i was charged USD 96.00 to my credit card today as i already unsubscribe the free trial few days back and stated that no amount will be charge to my credit card. i did not receive any OTP to authorized on this transaction either .
i did not even use the free trial after 1 day of registering yet they charge me a yearly subscription.hope to get back my full refund as soon as possible. (SGD133.21).

I only wish to subscribe for one month which is 8USD but to my surprised, I was charged and debited for a yearly plan. I only need the pdf service one time and that's all.

Though, I have cancelled my subscription in order to prevent future occurrence of the situation.

Hello, I had canceled my account on a computer a week or 2 ago because I wasnt in need of it. Then today I found out I was charged $96 for a subscription, so I logged into my account on my phone and my subscription was still active which shouldn't be obviously. So I canceled it again for the second time. Just don't know why is renewed even tho it has been canceled amd charged me without any notifications.

I was charged $96.00 on my credit card today. No one from your company ever reached out and attempted to sell anything. I don't even know what the $96 is for. The charge was not authorized and my bank turned off my card instantly which made it not approve buying groceries. I want you to cancel whatever charge you initiated and refund my $96.00 immediately and never charge my card again.
