I have been charged money for some product I am unaware of and did not order several times. My bank caught this as I would have had to look at my statement every day every month and catch it on the exact day they steal it. $96.00 that they tried to get today was not given them and when the bank found out I did not authorize the money, they locked my account. Now I cant use the account. I waited 2 hours on hpld and no one answered and no one called me back. I want to remove the fraudulen t subscription and get them out accessing of my bank card. I want damages they have caused paid by monatary means.
