There are several things to be clarified here, in the order of their appearance:
1) $96 looks like our annual plan. So there won't be any future charge attempts like this in this year, we assure you.
2) Most probably (99% as we don't see your email or location here, but judging by the amount) this is our annual plan from the site www.pdffiller.com which is normally used for forms filing (tax forms as it's the season now, or medical form, or insurance, or academic).
3) Phone line is indeed very much busy these days as it is the tax season, and many people are filing with us. There are two alternative ways to reach us however:
-- by emailing support@pdffiller.com;
- by chatting online here:
https://www.pdffiller.com/en/support (Chat with Support in the top right corner).
4) For refund arrangements we would need the following information:
-- your email
-- exact date of the transaction in question and its exact amount
-- the last four digits of the credit card charged.
5) Ideally, your card/account must be unblocked with you reach out for a refund. If not, we can also arrange a refund via PayPal or Venmo, if you use those.
