pdfFiller review: Yearly premium subscription

Please allow us to clarify how we see it on our end.
$1.75 is indeed recorded, transactioned and returned. Please note that this is not actually a charge at all, strictly speaking.
This is called "verification amount" which is used by banks and payment systems to check the validity of data provided upon account registration.
Afterwards, under the email indicated in this complaint, we see only a charge in the amount of $144 (this is our annual plan, correct). We do not see a charge in the amount of $75. Was this also labeled as pdfFiller on your end? If so, there is a possibility that you actually have a subscription under a different email, sorry to inform you. Do you use other email addresses on a same device? From work or college, for example.
If you would like to get a refund for $144 (if you are sure you don't need this subscription), pleas email us (support@pdffiller.com) from the email indicated in this complaint.
