I just checked my bank statement this morning and discovered you had wrongfully debited $136.84 from my bank account. I don't recall ever buying any or subscriptions from you or anything so I would like this problem fixed thank you

I don't use your services and never gave anyone permission to use my account for it! I was charged 90+ dollars and would like to see if we can fix that, I will also contact my bank Incase someone has my info! Thank you

Its me sanam and i am writing this complain regarding my balance deductions from bank account as i don't have any subscriptions and plans regarding pdffiller. Around 7-8 pm $136.05 was deducted from my bank account as I haven't used the service as well.i have attached the photo as well for my deduction of balance. Please have a look at this issue because its not a small amount.

On march 15 2021 I was charged a fee of 101.76 and i never signed up for it or anything so is there a way that I can be reimbursed the funds back into my account I am reaching out to you first before I take other actions with the bank and etc. The account that the money was withdrawn from was a business account and I never authorized for any transactions to be done. I was charged 96 dollars on an account I no longer use, after making a free account almost a year ago! Was charged this, AND an overdraft fee! When I go to the website, my account type still says "free account" and I see no card information anywhere. My name is Meagan Millier. millier.[protected]@gmail.com. I have a basic subscription and pay $19.95 monthly. Love the product and use it fairly often. My problem is they are apparently not happy with me having just the basic subscription so now that I pay them they think it's ok to send me pop up windows all day long that say "Upgrade your account to Premium NOW". contacted support online and though email and got a bunch of horse s**t instead of help. They say the only way they can help me is if I capture a screen shot of their pop up window and email it to them? WTH why do I have to do that to get you to stop spamming me with their advertising. It's like they are trying to force me to upgrade or they won't stop. Horrible customer service and harassing a paying customer! Ruined the experience for me and I'm gonna be looking for another company online to sign up with.

Falsely advertising this is a free one time service.

On 4/27/2021 I spent an hour completing a form, which I had to provide personal information, I was not able to print or save my document without providing PDFFiller my credit card information.

Why can these companies advertise their services are free when they are NOT?

I did a search of complaints before using this company. My search indicated they were safe, the only complaints I had seen were of customers who bought into their service and were over billed or billed incorrectly. I did not plan to buy their service so I was not too concern.

I am so annoyed and frustrated. I would appreciate any advice you can provide consumers to avoid these types of companies.

I received an authorized charge on my American Express credit card from PDFFiller for $192.

AmExpress rejected it and I can see that I've registered for their service.

I'm reporting it as a scam and will need to get a new credit card from AmExpress.

On the 3rd March I received a notification that An Amount of R1451.61 was deducted from my account from PDFFILLER.I then went to my bank as tried to resolve the incident but came out unsuccessful, it's been over a month and still nothing is resolved.The bank have me and option of contacting PDFFILLER but that as well has not been good because of the number is on the site.I would like to hear back regarding this problem.

I cancelled with the 30 day free trial and was charged anyway. I logged into my account and cancelled. I think they purposely make it difficult to cancel so that they can scam you into a charge. FEDEX should not make you use this service to complete their forms. I will be complaining to FEDEX also. PDF Filler 30 day trial is a scam.

I was charged this morning even after I cancelled my free trial yesterday, this is total rubbish. You claimed you won't charge once free trial is cancelled but I still got debited.

To whom this may concern... Please address this with urgency. I at no point agreed or authorized PDF FILLER to pay/DEDUCT a monthly charge because I cancelled my subscription within an hour of using the app...An app that I didn't even use in the end because the document was ultimately uploaded as a .jpg. This is not ok at all and I demand a refund immediately, this money is needed for my dogs medical attention.

Not only did I cancel my subscription well within the free trial agreement, where is PDF FILLER coming up with a $120 charge? That was stated no where in the monthly subscription even if I had t cancel the amount is wrong. After reading multiple complaints this app is doing bad business. I'm a single mom and unemployed due to covid.

Just now I've noticed that I have been charged INR Rs. 16, 046 for a 30 day free trial. I don't need the subscription. Please send my money back. The mail I received stated a small amount of about will be deducted like USD.10 but this deducted amount is huge. Please review and send my money back.

On April 5, 2021 I needed to sign a one time document. I got into PDFFiller and signed the document thinking I had only paid for a one time use. I received my credit card bill and I have been charged 96.00. I would like to reimbursed for the charges above a one time use. This is the only platform that I could find to try and get this resolved.

I just received a charge for $20.00 from PDFFiller and I did not authorize any payments, nor did I sign up for anything that wasn't free, to my knowledge. Even under my email address account with PDFFiller it says "start free trial"... Who do I need to contact to get my refund? Or do I have to file a fraud claim with my bank? I hope not because that requires I get a new debit card, etc. and it is very inconvenient. Please advise as soon as possible.

Saw a random charge on my credit card around 3am. I didn't recognize it and had to google this company.

I've never signed up for this service, and I'm seeing a charge of 121.38 cad. How do I get this refunded?!?

I signed up for a trial on pdfFiller and of course was notified that subscription would automatically occur if not cancelled before the trial expiration. I took special care to cancel my trial days before the deadline. Lo and behold, today I get an email thanking me for my payment of $96 for an annual subscription.

If you take a moment to check other reviews/complaints, you will quickly realize billing customers without consent is standard operating procedure for this company. This is fraud, cut and dry. Avoid at all costs.

I used pdf filler once, I immediately canceled the subscription once I was done. Now a month later I get an email thanking me for subscibing. And a charge to my bank account for $186.14! I never authorized this charge, I didn't even get a warning that this subscription would be automatically given to me. Especially after I canceled that trial I used in February.
