I have a 1 years subscription for pdf filler in which was paid in full. Now I am randomly getting charged 96.00 dollars on my credit card. SupportPDFfiller.com 855-750-1663 MA ($96.00)
I did not authorize this charge my subscription was paid in full. I would like a full refund and for my credit card never to be charged again unless it is with my authorization.

Our records show that you have actually been in direct communication with our Billing Support just 20 minutes ago and that a refund has been already arranged and is moving your way.
Just in case you haven't saved that conversation records on your end, here is a brief summary without any personal details (since this reply will be published online on a third-party site):
the ID number you are indicating here belongs to an older account which has long been deactivated and has no recent charges on it.
The new account (and the charge in question) have been under sh************industrial@gmail.com.
On your request, it has been canceled and a refund has been issued for you.
Please note that depending on your location and your bank, the refund might take from two to five business days (on average, two or three).
We are hoping to see this entirely settled very soon!
