$100+ was taken out of my account unknowingly. I did not authorize this transaction.

I was under the impression I had a free thirty day trial and did not receive any notice of a subscription renewal nor did I sign up for a yearly subscription. On July 1st 2021, $102 was taken out of my bank account without my knowledge. I canceled my subscription moments before writing this. Had I received notice that my subscription was about to begin and my trail was going to end, I would have canceled my trial right away. I received no emails from the company addressing the payment. I found out by looking at my bank account. I did not give my consent to be charged.

On JUNE 12 2021 PDFFiller withdrew $96 US from my credit account without notification. I had a free trial to test out their services but hadn't decided if I wanted to purchase the subscription. I was under the impression that I would receive due notice if the free trial were to expire. I was never informed that it had expires, and was not informed that my annual trial would begin. The company simply withdrew money without consent. I never agreed to purchase the subscription. Only the free trial. I have promptly cancelled the subscription at the moment I write this, the day money was withdrawn. I do not want the features I was charged.

i have received a fee from pdfFiller that i have not approved nor have i signed up for this service - please advise how you have illegally obtained my credit card details - bank is being made aware of fraudulent activity on my account from pdffiller

Hello, I cancelled my "free" trial over 2 months ago but I am still being charged every month! I checked my account tab and there is no current subscription to cancel., so this is theft!
Also, no email as a receipt of this payment
Id like a refund for the last 2 months please

I have a $179 bill on my account that I requested resolution from through Apple days ago. I NEVER authorized this and Per my billing history with apple, have NEVER had a bill this large, EVER. This has caused me economic hardship during Covid and put my phone bills at risk of being late/disconnected.
This billing is not ethical. Please assist with resolving as soon as possible

I have been charged whopping $96 US Dollars for a subscription I have never ever subscribed to! It was supposed to be a free subscription and I had cancelled it and while I was going through my banking payments and found that I have been charged such an amount for no reason. Kindly tell me an explanation and I wish to get a refund as soon as possible. Please let me know the process and how can I get connected to the concerned department for my refund at the earliest. I just checked my bank statement this morning and discovered you had wrongfully debited $136.84 from my bank account. I don't recall ever buying any or subscriptions from you or anything so I would like this problem fixed thank you

I don't use your services and never gave anyone permission to use my account for it! I was charged 90+ dollars and would like to see if we can fix that, I will also contact my bank Incase someone has my info! Thank you

Its me sanam and i am writing this complain regarding my balance deductions from bank account as i don't have any subscriptions and plans regarding pdffiller. Around 7-8 pm $136.05 was deducted from my bank account as I haven't used the service as well.i have attached the photo as well for my deduction of balance. Please have a look at this issue because its not a small amount.

On march 15 2021 I was charged a fee of 101.76 and i never signed up for it or anything so is there a way that I can be reimbursed the funds back into my account I am reaching out to you first before I take other actions with the bank and etc. The account that the money was withdrawn from was a business account and I never authorized for any transactions to be done. The statement on the bill says (AIR9.CO*[protected])

I was charged 96 dollars on an account I no longer use, after making a free account almost a year ago! Was charged this, AND an overdraft fee! I have a basic subscription and pay $19.95 monthly. Love the product and use it fairly often. My problem is they are apparently not happy with me having just the basic subscription so now that I pay them they think it's ok to send me pop up windows all day long that say "Upgrade your account to Premium NOW". contacted support online and though email and got a bunch of horse s**t instead of help. They say the only way they can help me is if I capture a screen shot of their pop up window and email it to them? WTH why do I have to do that to get you to stop spamming me with their advertising. It's like they are trying to force me to upgrade or they won't stop. Horrible customer service and harassing a paying customer! Ruined the experience for me and I'm gonna be looking for another company online to sign up with.

Falsely advertising this is a free one time service.

On 4/27/2021 I spent an hour completing a form, which I had to provide personal information, I was not able to print or save my document without providing PDFFiller my credit card information.

Why can these companies advertise their services are free when they are NOT?

I did a search of complaints before using this company. My search indicated they were safe, the only complaints I had seen were of customers who bought into their service and were over billed or billed incorrectly. I did not plan to buy their service so I was not too concern.

I am so annoyed and frustrated. I would appreciate any advice you can provide consumers to avoid these types of companies.

I received an authorized charge on my American Express credit card from PDFFiller for $192.

AmExpress rejected it and I can see that I've registered for their service.

I'm reporting it as a scam and will need to get a new credit card from AmExpress.

On the 3rd March I received a notification that An Amount of R1451.61 was deducted from my account from PDFFILLER.I then went to my bank as tried to resolve the incident but came out unsuccessful, it's been over a month and still nothing is resolved.The bank have me and option of contacting PDFFILLER but that as well has not been good because of the number is on the site.I would like to hear back regarding this problem.
