Panera Bread - product availability

I often take advantage of the Tuesday Bagel special at my local Panera store ( 25875 Novi Rd, Novi MI 48375). It is convienent and I often stop on my way home from work usually around 14:30. At first they would have a limited selection of bagels but I could come up with a dozen. I was hoping it was just a hit or miss problem. Then it was getting progressively worse only 3-4 varities available. Todat at 14:40 they had 9 Asiago bagels left. The store is open until 10pm and yet at 14:30 in the afternoon they are sold out of bagels! You are quickly, losing a customer

We went through the drive through this morning and ordered a bagel and a sausage breakfast sandwich. When we got our order and had left my husband noticed his order was made with bacon. Panera Bread - employee selling pills and weed at store

Jermaine Jackson, who is employee at 1333 centennial ave, Piscataway, nj, 08554 is using weed during work at you work place, also sell it during work and I can prove to you he is doing drug, needs to be fired, cause I am goin going to report it to the police and notify the manager if no action taking I don't want the store to be in trouble cause he selling to customers and employees... so I'm making you aware of it so you can get rid of him. I can prove it to you guys if needed. You can email me at [email protected] . I have messages between employees him selling and you can make him take a drug test in site so he won't try to go drink something to take it out his system I have pictures and video to prove this.

Panera Bread - dirty outdoor area

I spend a lot of time in the Kingston, NY store - during the summer I always sit outside on the patio. There are many cafe options in my area, and I choose Panera during the summer months because of the outdoor area. This is now my third complaint, and nothing has changed: the outdoor area is filthy. There are literally 60 pieces of trash (napkins, straw papers, butter containers, bags, cigarette butts, soggy things from a rainstorm a week ago). From my seat now I can see actual gnawed chicken bones. It's bad - not a small problem, really unpleasant. The interior is beautifully managed; I cannot understand why this area is totally ignored. It would take 10 minutes each morning to do a quick pick-up and sweep. Please fix this - after 10 years I will soon go somewhere else.

I placed an order for delivery and upon checking out I noticed there was no delivery charge so I called the store. I explained the issue to the employee who put me on hold and then came back to say the store no longer offers deliveries after 3pm. I asked that the order be canceled. Panera Bread - employees & customer service

Incident number 1. 6/15/2019 at 6 pm, Incident 2. was tonight 6/29/19 at 7:18 pm.
I went to Panera at East Ridge Road Rochester, NY tonight. I ordered a Strawberry Chicken Salad with poppyseed dressing (large) with bread at the drive through. I got home and was eating my salad, they had sliced tomatoes in it, I absolutely dislike tomatoes. They also gave me chips instead of bread. I called back to speak to a manager & was told to call back later as he was on break. I called back 30 minutes later & he was still on break. I had to go purchase my dinner elsewhere as I couldn't get it rectified.

This was the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have had trouble there. The last time I watched the staff making my food through the drive thru window play catch with my sandwiches, which were dropped on the floor then picked up & put in the bag and then delivered to me. I complained & was told it didn't happen, while I watched it happen. I have worked in food service for years & this is unacceptable. We have watched the employees at this establishment go down hill in the last 6 months. They have a problem paying attention to the customers instead of having a good time, flirting with each other & playing games etc. back there.

Panera Bread - containers/packages of single serve butter

Cafe # 600735, location Naperville, Illinois Date 6/26/19.

My wife and I frequent this location on a regular basis; we love your healthy food options. I'd like to voice a compliment and a concern. First of all, I'd like to acknowledge "Jordon" who was at the register when we first entered. She was very positive and upbeat and handled taking out order with precision. Her friendliness was contagious . And may I mention that our order was delivered to our booth shortly after we sat down; hats off to the team working in the kitchen and food prep area. Our food was great, except when I opened a single serve package of butter that I had gotten over by the empty plastic cups. It looked as though there was a moldy spot on the upper white container. Then it got me checking out that the container the butter was kept in was not cold/chilled nor was any of the individual butter packages . Is it your operational policy to keep the butter cold/chilled ? I did return this package of butter to Jordon, who in turn gave it to the manager in charge. Sorry, I didn't get his name. He would shortly thereafter track me down and tell me that the black spot inside the single serve package of butter was not mold. I don't know. I've spent 37 years working in the retail food business, mostly in management, and we've always had to sell butter refrigerated.

I would like to understand why Panera Bread does not prepare a large enough quantity of their most popular items such as the Soufflé's.. If you know that they sell out fast why not prepare more than 4 of each of the 4 different types(?) It's so frustrating that when I come in they are all sold out and for them to prepare more is ALWAYS a 30-45 minute wait...

Panera Bread - online ordering/management team

I placed a large online order at 11:37 am and the confirmation indicated it would be ready at 11:47 am. I knew that wouldn't be possible, so I showed up 40 minutes later. I inquired about my order and Mercedes (I believe a manager) went to the computer for several minutes and came back and said the large order was just placed at 11:37 so there is no way it could be ready in 10 minutes. I explained I understood and that's why I came 40 minutes later. Realizing what time, it was, Mercedes explains the order frozen on the screen and wasn't processed, but if I gave her 15 minutes she would pull the order together. Mercedes did exactly that, she worked quickly to pull the order together. However, when the order was ready, she simply called my name with no apology, or concession… just pushed the bag towards me. I said thank you, but then asked if we were going to receive some sort of concession. She smiled and said what do you want. I asked what she felt was fair, and she said I could give you a couple of drinks. I quickly asked myself which out of the 7 people did she feel deserved a drink... I smiled and said never mind and asked for her name in which she happily provided. I work for a restaurant company and this experience is unacceptable. This experience will have me thinking twice before ordering again.

Panera Bread - toasted sesame bagel

The Panera bread location off of loughborough in st. Louis Missouri was very unprofessional. We asked for our bagel sliced and toasted. It took them forever to get the bagel sliced which really wasn't their fault since it seems like they need a new machine, but she gave it to us not toasted. When we found out, we brought it back to get it toasted like we asked. The girl gave us attitude and said she couldn't take it back and that we could just microwave it. We said no we want it toasted, so she huffed and made a new one. There was no reason for the attitude towards us when we asked for it toasted in the first place.

Panera Bread - catering order

I placed a catering order (Order#11111993) on June 17th for a June 18th 11am delivery. June 18th at 0900am I discovered the place I had ordered lunch for needed to reschedule it. I called the local Panera Bread (1908 4th St.N St. Petersburg, Fl. 33704)to reschedule for the next day. I spoke with a Melissa (who said she was the manager and wouldn't provide me with her last name) She kept repeating that there is a 4 hour cancellation policy. I understand that there is a policy but I also belief that something could have been done. There was nothing special about the order. It was the standard sandwiches and salads that would be sold throughtout the day. In my line of work, I frequently provide lunches for my customers and use Panera Bread frequently. I will now be reconsidering who I order from because of the lack of customer service I received today. Disappointed.

Panera Bread - food

I ordered a meal from the Evansville, Indiana location on June 13th and it charged be for the meal twice and took it out of my bank account! I called and spoke to the manager and she promised me it meant a failed attempt and that it was only pending and the second charge won't go through; however, it did! I want my money back for the second charge!

Panera Bread - menu items

Once a month for the last 2 years, I have eaten at the Panera in The Avenue, Route 120, Marietta, GA with a group of friends. We have had no issues until 2019. Twice, the specialty bread for a sandwich has been unavailable and was substituted without being told. Last month several of us wanted to order the strawberry poppyseed salad, only to be told it was unavailable despite being on the menu. Today, several of us ordered the strawberry poppyseed salad only to be told there were no strawberries. We like Panera and it is conveniently located (in spite of being frozen out by the air conditioning), but we are considering changing our meeting place of the menu items listed are constantly unavailable.

Panera Bread - employees

An assistant manager keeps harassing me everyday. Yelling at me about nothing or asking me about my personal life like my relationship. It's getting out of hand and I'm starting to feel very uncomfortable in my work place. He doesn't treat any other employee like this and it's starting to make me feel like I'm being targeted. Also, him asking about my relationship and details of my sex life is quite inappropriate and shouldn't happen in the work place especially since he's my boss. This has been happening for way too long and I'm quite over it. Something needs to be done.
