My wife and I have NEVER filed a complaint about "Food Poisoning" with a restaurant. So this is a first for us. We ate at the Outback Restaurant in Vorhees (Southern New Jersey) and got "Food Poisoning". Within three house of eating there we both got very sick. Within 1/2 hour of each other we both starting to "Throw-up" violently. We had all the classic symtoms of "Food Poisoning". My sister and I went at 11:30 today to Outback. There may have been one other table in the whole restaurant and this is not a busy lunch location. The hostess did not greet us, did not ask how many in our party and just looked away. We finally asked if we could sit in the bar. The hostess comes to the table and said we needed to move since we asked about sitting directly at the bar. We said "in the bar." She wanted to argue while there are no other customers to worry about. I told our server/bartender she needed an attitude check. He was very friendly and did not engage further on the subject but it bothered me enough to send this. She needs additional training on being a hostess. I'm not looking for a cheerleader but at least...welcome, how many in your party. Thanks !

My wife & I dinned at your Harrisonburg, VA, facility last night (10/22/21). The potato soup, which for years has been one of favorites, has changed ! It was a bad change -- your old walkabout soup was 100X better. And the chicken entree my wife had was dry and not at all what it could have been. I think you have lost our business after 20+ years. Cutting cost has cost you our patronage.

Let me start by saying I really love eating out and try to show my appreciation to the wait crews by leaving as much tip as I can.
Sunday we went to Outback with our grandson. We ordered way too much and the bill was higher than I had planned. Still, I made sure I left a decent tip. Bill was a $126 and I put in for a $150 charge. I'm not saying he didn't deserve more, but this round i had to keep it at about 20%.
My card was charges $151.10. I don't want the money, I just want to know why.

We enter the resteraurant at 7:30 pm we were placed in a booth at 7:45 pm my husband ordered a medium well steak with broccolic with mash potatoes his plate came out fine, my order was 6 oz sirloin with shrimp baked potatoe and a garden salad. The plate that was brought to me as a filet mignon steak with rice and broccolic/carrots and squash. I told this is not my food I am missing a baked potatoe my shrimp. So she brought me the bake potatoe and shrimp that were dried out and the bread underneath was hard as a rock. I requested a manager and I showed him my meal and he was shocked at my plate and the two steaks that were still raw instead of medium well. He claimed he was going to fix the order by this time my husband was done eating and I and still waiting for the manager to fix my food that I never got. The cooks and the waitress should know to bring out food that is old and to not only check the dates on food but to check the food for spoilage. Sorry I forgot to get a picture of the other steak.

My daughter, husband and myself went to the Outback Steakhouse in Hagerstown Md on Saturday around lunch time. We all got Lobster and Filet Minion. My Steak was butterflied because I asked them to, to be sure it was done. My Steak came out Flat and burnt to a crisp. It was literally charred black. This was my Birthday celebration and they acted like it was no big deal. I chose not to get another steak done, I don't like sending food back. We NEVER saw the Manager, my daughter requested and according to the waiter who made lots of excuses for the cook saying I wanted it well done. This is not actually a complaint SURPRISE!
But I do have a suggestion that could prove to be profitable for this item.
1560 calories is 100 more than my daily allowance. Thus, since I LOVE this dessert, I suggest that for people who are health conscious, you offer the same exact dessert but with a low fat, sugar free brownie as an option.
I can never have that dessert as it is. I always order it without the brownie.

In general, the food at Outback is fantastic. So I hope you will consider that 1560 calories is just way too much for one dessert item for people like me who have lost a lot of weight and want to be healthy. Thank you.

Ordered this for my thirty seventh birthday back in May. More then half the steak was fat. This is not the way to please your guests. Madison Heights, MI Location.

We went to Outback in Hampton VA had the 2 6oz sirloin steak dinners. The waiter served my salad but no silverware said he would bring after waiting 5minutes I got up and asked him again for silverware after 5 more minutes found another waiter and finally got some. Our steak came and was cooked correctly but the fries were not Aussie fries they were something that you would get at a fast food joint plus they looked like they had been refried several times very hard. Waiter didn't check on us just disappeared all together. We live 60 miles away and was very disappointed.
We are an elderly couple so spending $25.00 on a meal is something we don't do often. Feel last we wasted our money today. Felt like you should knew what is going on in this resturant

I hate doing this but I am really upset. Went to the outback on riverdale road last night 6/8/21 to celebrate my twin daughters birthday. Well to start the service was bad, but we stayed because outback is our favorite restaurant. Well my meal was awful I had chicken which I always get because I love it, well last night it tasted like crap. One daughter got steak had to send it back because it wass o raw. When she got it back it was well over cooked, was not sending back because it took so long to get it back the first time. My son and husband got the cheeseburgs and both of them said it did not taste so great. My son did not eat his but my husband ate about half and did not enjoy it so he left the rest. Amay other daughter got the baked potato and mac and cheese. Well 3 times we asked for some butter for the potato by the time she got it the potato was cold and the butter did not melt so again another thing wasted. I spent 95.00 for meals no one liked. We have gone there many many times and I think that will be our last time because I do not have money to throw away for meals like that. I noticed we were not the only table sending food back because of a problem with it. Sorry I had to complain and I know it is a pandemic but that is still no excuse for the meals being so bad. Called for cursive service the past two sundays, May23 and may 16. On the 16 our blooming onion was burned and cooked in OLD oil, inedible . Called Mgr and he said next time he would replace the onion aND give me 2 gift cards for blooming onions. We called in order on May23 and once again the onion was burned and cooked in old oil. This time my wife Alyce Springs chicken was also burned as well as granddaughters chicken and fries. Wife garlic mashed potatoes had NO flavor and seemed left over and VERY dry/bland. I have attached my latest receipt below. It is so disappointing to want to have a steak and a good meal. Only to get garbage. This is the third time we order out. The steak is hard the potatoes was hard. And I just don't understand why we can't get the same quality at takeout as we do if we go into the restaurant. Because we work at hospice we ordered from the Kenwood location in ohio. This is the third time it has been poor quality.

Service was horrible, food was terrible, management was not helpful! Ended up a giant waste of time. Left hungry and pissed off. Will NOT be returning! Worst experience ever! All they wanted to do was argue!
