We had a party of five. Our son ordered chicken strips with fries.When the food finally came out they gave him a grilled chicken dinner. She corrected my son's chicken strips bu he had to wait while everyone else started to eat.I ordered Sirloin and Alice springs Chicken. The mashed potatoes were cold and hard and the chicken breast was not only a very tiny portion but it seemed like it was overcooked and was also cold and hard. By the time the server got back to our table to verify if everything was okay, I was already done with my meal. I did not ask her to replace the mashed potatoes because it was already too late. We were trying to get her attention during the meal to bring us more water. We have to find someone else to request for more water. We requested a pitcher of water and that never got to our table either. One of the worst experiences I've had at Outback with service and quality of food. I have attached my invoice to show I still gave her a good tip regardless of the poor service and quality of food which was not her fault.

So the family and I love outback and we went there Friday night. My wife got the 2 pork chops and I got the ribbon. 13 oz her pork chops were raw. I like my steak medium rare. It was raw we talked to her Rachel. She wouldn't ahead and recovered. So the stakes that were recouped and pork chops.That Marie cooked, brought back to the table.Pork chops were still raw and my steak was now medium well. When we spoke with the manager, she had attitude like she was frustrated with us for saying something about the food.Meanwhile, tables on either side of us.We were in a booth all sent their food back as well. The restaurant was not even full to the brim. Maybe half the restaurant was full if this is the type of service that you're gonna continue to have here in saint Augustine, Florida. I don't foresee it being open much longer. Hope this helps. I hope you address the issues that you're having.
