Outback Steakhouse

I order three meals on 8/31/2021. My total was 59 dollars and I left a five dollars tip. My food look like it was someone else leftovers and the bread was rock hard. I contacted the manger and I sent him an email on 8/1/20201 regarding this issue. I have not received a confirmation that the email was received neither did I receive the refund I asked for. Attached you will see a picture of the food. As of today I still have the meals on my tables because it didn't look safe to consume or freshly made.
