Outback SteakhouseIssue with food

Traveling for business - Group of five (5) associates ate at Outback Steakhouse #2037, 2835 NE 8th St. Homestead, FL on 02/27/21. I ordered the Outback salad with grilled chicken and water to drink. The salad was described on the menu as having mixed greens and grilled chicken, among other typical ingredients. My meal, tax, and tip came to $20.27. I happily pay that for a good salad fitting your menu description, but this salad was all one type of (iceberg) lettuce, of poor quality, had no mixed greens, and minimal chicken.
Respectfully, and honestly, I would say that the typical fast food salad with grilled chicken is a better salad than I received, and at a fraction of the cost.

    We ordered dinner last night. 100.00. They called us back in 30 minutes. And said they could not deliver to us they we were 2 doors away from their zone. We are 3.6 miles from location. This said delivery on website. I have had delivery before. The young guy did not offer any other way foe ex. DoorDash etc. But HE TOLD MENTHIS TWICE. I'd if I would give my neighbors address. 2 doors down they would deliver to THEM AND I COULD GO THERE AND PICK UP.

    Now we are 67 and 68 years old and just got home with covid. This is why we needed to order out. This is absurd.

      I fell for your heavy advertising about buying gift cards for Xmas and getting extras. I bought 2 50 dollars that came as a $100 and then 4 gift cards for $10 as my bonus. Sounded good till I looked and see they expire shortly. Why? So we have 3 families living in Port Charlotte and I was going to treat each to a dinner. I ordered more than $50 for tonight - Order CK619 1/26/2021. When my husband got there they would only take off 1 of the $10 certificates - there is nothing on the award that says you can only use one. Does this mean you want us to make a trip everyday to use $10 because on principle I will I am so annoyed. And the one for $100 - are you going to try to break that up too? Nothing written on it and not even an expiration date. So if need be I will order $100 and use it all at once and put it in the freezer. We would normally be dining in but have you heard of the pandemic? Ordering to go seems much safer. I would really like an explanation of what I consider sleazy and misleading practices and intend to go to your Facebook page, yelp and everywhere else I can think of. Put it in clear wording and write it on the coupon and stop limiting the time frame so no one has time to use it. Very displeased. You have just about lost a lifelong customer.         Outback Steakhouse20.00 bonus certificates

        I've been having issues trying to redeem the 20.00 bonus certificates. Always happens at the Old Bridge restaurant. The third and last time was today October 26th. I went to the restaurant for lunch and was told that the transaction amount was exceeded. The bartender told me that it might have happened because he entered my phone number for the rewards. I asked him to take the number out but he said the system would not allow him to do that. Although Covid has stopped us from going out during the summer but now we go out quite often and until recently have enjoyed going to this Outback. I will change and start going to Middletown but it is further away and the drive times will get old.           I ordered a Victoria's Center Cut Filet 9oz and an Outback Sirloin 11oz steak. Between the two steaks they were nearly 5oz short of what I paid for. There is nothing on the website, receipt or elsewhere that states that those weights are the pre-cooked weights therefore it is implied that that the consumer shall RECIEVE the stated weight that is advertised. To not provide that amount is FALSE ADVERTISING and is lawsuit worthy.
          I called the Littleton, CO location in hopes that they would correct this because I eat there often and the General Manager HUNG UP ON ME. I expected at least a minimal attempt to resolve this that doesn't involve me getting hung up on. I hope EVERYONE knows that (a) Outback Steakhouse falsely advertises, (b) OS rips people off, and (c) when called out on it OS has told its employees that its appropriate to give a big F YOU and hang up on you. I never noticed their 1 star reviews before but OMG if this is how they handle things they deserve that and worse. I'm disgusted

            We had dinner at the Outback on Independence Blvd in Charlotte tonight. (Receipt information: 0490 table 306 6:48P 02/29/20) We ate at the bar, as it was very busy. We sat at the bar for over 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. We did finally order a drink. Then we ordered.I order steak an shrimp. My wife ordered Steak and Lobster. When our meals arrived, My Potato soup did not have bacon bits which I requested, nor did my backed potato. Then, we asked for bread, that finnally came when we were almosted finished. I also asked for cocktail sauce. By the time it finally arrived, the shimp were cold. I was a horrible experience. We frequent Carabba's, and Outback. The service and meal tonight was the worst experience we have had at your restaurants. I am a businessman, and I could never treat my customers this way. Also, the bar seemed to be understaffed. I hope you are interested in constructive criticism.
