This was our 2nd visit to our local TGI Fridays . We had been bought a gift card by my brother for Christmas. When we came ro pay with it, the waiter seemed to be unable to use the card as ut wasnt registering. The manager then came over and tried again . He tried several times with no avail . He also scratched the back of the card off to show a code . He tried this also . It didnt work . In the end we were so embarrassed. We paid the bill and left ! The card was valid and we have the validation receipt from where my brother purchased the card a few months previous.
I do rhink it was the machine that was at error as the waiter said this does seem to happen frequently with these cards.
I am now hoping the gift card will now still be valid for next time.
We were reluctant to returm for this 2nd visit to your company, as our 1st visit was so disastrous! We had our sons 10th birthday party at this Bracknell TGi . In which the waiter at the time dropped his birthday cake as he bought it out to sing happy birthday to him !!
The cake had been made by myself, as my son is dairy intolerant. A moment he or we will never forgot .
As you can see both our visits to your Tgi restaurant have been awful .
I am now keepung my Fingerscrossed on our next visit the voucher we were bought will work as it was valid for £50 .
If it were not for this voucher we would not return, as our experiences have not been good !

There was a verbal confrontation with the hostess that was helping us. We told him our party number so we can be seated. He told us to wait a second and left us standing at the front for 10 mins. He returned to the counter where he was very nasty when we questioned what the status was of our table was because he didn't say anything when he came back to the counter. He began speaking very rudely with his hands in my face, telling he was "doing something" that's why he left us there, which was very unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager, the manager came out and while I was explaining the issue to the manager the hostess jumped in and started talking over me. Instead of the manager asking him to step away, he let him continue to talk over me, and then the hostess proceeded to try and physically fight me, and I am a female. The manger asked him to walk away at which point several worked had to restrain him and I was in fear of him physically hitting me. Then the manager proceeded to ask my party to leave because he didn't want to serve us because we were "yelling". He offered no apology for the situation as well as threatening to call the police. Very unprofessional and I am dissatisfied with the way I was treated. I am a long time customer of Friday's in West Orange, NJ where the incident took place and I have never had something like that happen. A male worker coming towards me saying "what's up" in a manor as if he was going to fight me. Once again, I am a female.

customer service guidance

I have been experiencing problems with my login to reards. I submitted, online an inquiry to the customer service. I was directed to uninstall my present app and install the new app. I did this with a new email and password. Login is fine, however, I have now lost the 934 points I have accumulated. I want my points returned to my new acct. That must be in your system.


Also, I do not know whether my member number has changed as well.
