Kaws - Order from Jan 10 has still not arrived!!

9317 Order Number I have ordered a pair of slides on Jan 10 and despite email and after email I have received no communication and no order! Their customer service department does not respond. The company is called Kaws. It is an American company. They took my payment, sent through an order confirmation email and that is it SINCE JAN 10, 2024. It is now April 20! Completely unacceptable Please help

MakroSA - Online order not delivered

On the 25th my made an online purchase from MakroSA online store.
