I purchased a Fabre & Castel art set online through a Facebook add which was run by Karlbox online. It was purchased on 12/12/23 for £31.72. It’s now over 5 weeks later and I’ve still not received the item. I’ve sent numerous emails for enquiry and they don’t even bother to reply.

They provided a tracking number : AM214290609CN but it never moves from a shipped status and I can’t get in contact with them to enquire. I think it’s scam.
