7/22/23 - Ordered hurrycane freedom edition all terrain cane through e-crater, order# 5667991 from Marshall shop for $26.00 plus $3.00 shipping, total $29.00 charged on master card-5868, apparently paid through PayPal VINMPHAM to Pham Thi Vihn, Transaction ID 96K19903RY218154Y - bailey burns [protected]@gmail.com. Attempt to follow-up with no results. Tried to be straight forward and to the point. Did try to contact e-crater on the internet 8/06/23. No response. Attempted to contact PayPal 8/08/23 - nothing. Attempted to contact Marshall Shop with negative results. I guess my ignorance shows through. I am confused and apparently don’t know what I’m doing. That is why I’m looking for help.
