King Pie Somerset West Mall review: Incorrect order

I purchased a pie and juice from King Pie Somerset West Mall, I was helped by Portia B on the 29 July 2023 around 6pm in the evening. She placed my Juice on the counter without saying anything and I took it, then she placed a pie on the counter again, before i took it I conformed if it was mine and she said yes. The pie I took was not the steak and kidney i ordered but a different cheesy one but i only saw it when i was in the car. i walked back to the store and Portia did not even wait for me tp alter a word she started shouting at me telling me that i took someone else's order but my argument was "I asked beforehand" you said Yes its mine, she told me that she thought i was a different customer. So she refused to change the pie, and she did not give me a refund. i left the other pie there as i do not eat cheese, she was unapologetic she blamed me for it and that's how I lost my money and dignity because I was being shouted like a child. when I asked for the manager she told me she was actually the the manager and there's nothing she is willing to do
