Rose Skin Co review: X1 lumi - ipl hair removal handset - white gold

Ordered product May 23rd, 2023, they charged my card immediately and as of June 20th, 2023, I still don’t have the order and the tracking shows USPS awaiting item. I requested that my order be cancelled and was told I couldn’t because it had shipped from there warehouse. June 5th I was told it was due to international shipping…it is sitting in Compton, CA. June 11th and was told they were awaiting an update. June 14th email said they were sure they would hear back anytime. It’s June 20th and I have had no emails from them, I still don’t have the product and the tracking shows the Compton, CA warehouse waiting for item.
