FirstSuperShoping.com review: Clearances sale in suitcases

I had ordered a 2+1 suitcase set online and paid for it Aswell. Have attached the pics below.

After getting a tracking number from Bluebuck I kept tracking my order and it kept saying order is on the way and now after waiting for 21 days I got a message on the 3rd of July 2023 saying that

My order has been delivered to the Addressee. I haven't received any order. I haven't received any message or any call from the carrier service.
