YinCong review: Received wrong item they refuse to refund my full purchase amount

I bought items online July 2023.

Took 3 months for me to receive my order which eventually after receiving it was the incorrect one. When I quarried with the company they acknowledged gheir error and instead of the shipping the correct order they say they are out of stock.

What they can offer is 20% of the purchase fee/ full refund provided I ship the wrong item back with cost from my own pocket.

How is that possible if I am not mistaken?

I need my full refund by close of business today non negotiable.

This business should close down as it scams people of their hard earned money because they sell lies. In addition to that they promised shipping will take 10-20 days which it's all lies.
