I have ordered an iphone 14 pro max from them; they confirmed my order by email. Later on sent me the tracking number of the shipment; the package arrived to Saudi Arabia and delivered but not to me. I contacted the local post office where they explained that the package was delivered to the consignee & address was mentioned on the package and advised me to contact the shipper. I contacted the shipper via email more than 6 times but they refused to cooperate insted they asked me to contact the local post office.
Desired outcome: Re-imbursements of my money or delivery of the phone
