Just received an unauthorized $99.99 stating a premium membership. I never signed up for any premium membership. Their support department responded with canned email responses. No human would seem to step into the loop. I contested the fee with the credit card company. The tool itself has very difficult time connecting and reading my cars computer. Poor tool, terrible service. I suspect it's no better than a scam.

Recommendation: Do not buy from fixd
