The Olive Garden in Springfield pa sucks! I will never ever go back to that location! The waiters name was Amanda. She was the worst. First we sat down and they sat us for 2 in stead of 4. When I told the waiter about getting more utensils she said sure not a problem, took our drink order and our appetizer oder. I ordered the mozzarella sticks without Alfredo sauce on it cause it hurts my stomach. We have still yet to more utensils at this point still. Our appetizer came out quick but it was wrong cause it had the Alfredo sauce on it. She said yeah I forgot you asked without it. That took 20 mins to come out. We ordered our food. We were supposed to get 4 soups she brought out 3 and said idk you needed a forth.. like what? Seriously.. our actual food came out before our actual meal which is ridiculous... then the waiter went missing for a good 20 to 25 mins our table and the table next to us both needed her... other waiters were trying to find her and the manager no one could. The other waiters were helping us and get what we needed... when they finally found her she came over BUT DIDNT APOLOGIZE! Like what.. she said do you need anything else I said yes my check... we left her a 9% tip which I never leave anyone! Worst experience ever! Something needs to be done about her!
