NetSpend Money

but my money was deposited on the 17th from my stimulus check from the IRS when I call the bank they gave me some run around talking about it's not posted up but I have proof that it's been posted up I took a snapshot of it telling me the day that it was posted up on the 17th so I called them and I switched cards which they did saying that my money should be on my card whenever it's posted up but I look up on the IRS too and it's on IRS too that my money's been posted up and they said I haven't received anything yet so now here I am writing you this letter complain against NetSpend I want what's mine or what's granted to me or more I'm always going through some kind of hassle with NetSpend I think that I'm just going to give up and find a different bank cuz I always have to go through this when I get my check from the IRS I have many complaints from NetSpend it's crazy but I still try to go cuz it's easier I have cards there all I'm asking is that one card was deposit as today as we speak into my account and to login my money that was from another card or whatever it is log it into that account I'm not asking for a high price lawsuit but if I have to then I'll go there but right now I just want what's mine thank you very much thank you very much

NetSpend Account locked

Went to see my account availability and my account locked I called and called customer service was no help and I had money being deposited and I need it because I just moved and finding a job is hard these days with COVID! I need my money and I can't login in to my account to do anything! Need help! This is ridiculous never had this done before so why now what's going on with netspend

My Name is Toka Lavacca I have sent them numerous forms of ID my ss carn mail from medicade and still they won't unlock my account this is bs you have both my stimulus in their I'm disabled I can't even get my ssi this needs to be resolved immediately ref#[protected]

It's now the 21st of March and still nothing I sent them 30 different pieces of identification one Washington state ID one department corrections ID social security card unemployment security department paperwork my social security paperwork my Medicaid paperwork and countless others and still you will not unlock my account this is ridiculous

Haha yall are freaking amazing in your crimes. I have the same message 10 times in my box. The kicker. The social security card ISNT AT ALL READABLE. YOU CANT MAKE A SINGKE THING OUT YET THAT IS WHAT THEY ACCWPTN THEY WANT YOUR ID PERFECT SO THEY CAN STEAL OUR IDENTITY

NetSpend Your whole scam

I have 2000 in my account. You stole my last refund check now this kne. Locking my account for unreal and unreasonable reasons. I've sent my proof of identity 10 times and the ftc as well as bureau of consumer protection says they are more than accepting documentation
I am telling you here if my account is not unlocked today I am going ahead with my law suit as well as the interview with major new station.

NetSpend Funding my account my SBA loan government assistance

When I'm trying to resolve the issue the cell represented are hanging up in my face I had it been asking for a supervisor since 8 this morning since they open I did not get a supervisor to like 4 in the evening so late 5:30 and then only then when they were trying to resolve my issue by transferred the $15, 625 that my Linda's had let me borrow for an SBA loan for my business they keep hanging up in my face is poor representative I'm not getting help and all I want is my SBA loan to go to my business account I have showed them documents I have sent them documents at the documents showing him that that is that it is me they rejected my payment less than 24 hours that is discrimination if I don't know what it is can I please get some support or some type of help please all I want is my sister Jean a thousand $625 that's supposed to go to my business account that was sent from Capital + to Blue acorn meaning service everything's just out as me can I have some help please

NetSpend Pre paid credit card

Netspend will not allow me to unlock my credit card. I was using it, and it was locked for some unknown reason. They will not provide me any details. I got some non-broken English-speaking women in the customer service side who will not transfer me to another representative or supervisor, and she is asking for a copy of my driver's license ID, social security card, and other personal information. She does not allow me to speak or answer any of my questions. She just puts me back to the automated system, and I've been on the call for 3 hours. Now a representative doesn't answer it a revolving door. I feel like Netspend is trying to steal my money! For the reason that they won't unlock my account no give me the protocol on how to. She never asked an identity question or phone number or address. She was very suspicious, and I feel like Igor g to have a heart attack being on this phone and waiting so long. I have disabled children to care for, and we can't eat because of this mess a representative for Netspend will not allow me to validate or acknowledge who I am. Here is a picture of my account when I entered it's I had no problems wonky after I used it at a gas station pump there was a problem. I never entered the wrong pin. The ATM said the financial institution would not allocate funds to me.

NetSpend My account is still locked

Why is there no way to contact anyone it's been 3 days. I have called, tweeted and emailed several times. Please can you help me this service is so bad . I have never experienced this problem you can't contact anyone. I'm really confused on why my account was even locked.

NetSpend My account is locked down!

No way to contact customer service as they are actually refusing calls! I've sent 2 emails and no response! I have a baby I have to take care of! And live in a place where I know no one and my family is too far away to help and I have no other access to any money! I need help asap netspend! This is not right!

NetSpend ULTRA KETO BLAST company

I was responding to a email I had received saying I won a play station game so it was 4.95 for shipping and handling so I fallout my card information so I once I submitted it this company took 43.05 from my account I didn't know they was affiliated with this company and I definitely need to lose any weight. So please stop this payment and refund me my money. About 4 months a company took a 104.86 from and I file a complaint against them and netspend haven't resolved that issue are didn't and I never received my refund from them.

NetSpend Netspend all access locking me out

Netspend locked me out of my account and I have almost 2 grand in it. They did this when my stimulus hit and I never recieved a dime of it. I called again and they wanted my id social security number and card and my car title I sent it to them for them to say my I'd was crooked yet my barely able to read ss was fine? I didnt need any of this when I got the account now suddenly I do. I am filing with the bbb and prolly my congresswoman bc this is illegal. They are holding my money for there error and sayin do this or we keep it that is extortion. I am being bullied.

NetSpend Locked account wanting info they dont have a right to ask for

Got my direct deposit go to use card account declined online locked called number o. Back of card 6 times got hung up twice. John id number H282 gave me a run around sent me to superv9 I asked for alex id number 724365 said identical scripted words as John supervisor huh? Called again got manager? Erin A519 all say same thing over and over not sending documents unsecured website even says not to and to call number i have reported to several agency's the state police better business ftc calles and emailed everything I can find even as far as every social media platform I can

NetSpend credit card

Hello,
I received a Netspend card thru the mail that I did not request. It had my name on it and an activation number.
I find this a very risky practice. Anyone could activate the card in my name and charge purchases to it. I do not know how this occurred but suggest you look into why and how this is occurring.
Please stop the practice of mailing out unsolicited cards.

NetSpend Pre paid card

I'm taxes were direct deposited into my card. After spending over 1, 000 a block was placed on it. I verified my info, and the lady tried to tell me the phone number was wring even though I just received balance text from them . They told me I needed to send in documents for identity they approved my DL, proof of address. I sent in my w2s, was, screen shot of text alerts from them. And other fed documents with my social on it and they stim refused to lift block. I find them I have 6yr old with special needs and power is gonna be cut off and we need propane for heat that it takes 3 weeks to get a social in mail. My identity has been approved. This should be enough this is a hardship and we could lose everything now. I'm contacting the FTC and consumer fraud agency and media .

NetSpend Your company

My boyfriend and I have a joint account and he is the primary cardholder my stimulus got sent to the account so when he was gonna transferred the money out the locked the account for no reason we sent in all the information and they still won't réglese my funds it's bulls hit I'm gonna get ahold of a lawyer and sue them they are causes more problems for people then helping them while they steal our money

NetSpend Stealing money out of my account and mailing me cards that I never applied for not following securit processy

When I first sign up for NetSpend and opened up my account the customer service people was really professional and always was on time and precise about the deposits and transactions but when I had my first deposit in September I was charged every time I wanted to withdraw money over the phone and I didn't sign up for that anyway I'm calling my cards and they're telling me that I have pending transactions on credit cards that never even had a deposit yet and basically it's telling me that I over Drew money and I have like $2, 000 from my PayPal account that was posted on my NetSpend card and they're still telling me that I have six pending transactions but I owe $5 how is that

NetSpend Unauthorized credit card charges

I made reservation with spirt airlines, I cancel trip within the time limit, using my confirmation code ukmckx, they took off my netspend card over 200 dollar that I did not approve off, I contact them letting them know that I did not approve that withdrew, so I want my money back, I am a single woman and I need a full refund back on my card, I had a credit of 182.14 they took it all, I did not agree or concent to them take my money, I have my cancel reservation summary. Thank you

NetSpend Dispute taking longer than they said.

When i talked to customer service they said 10 days after I emailed the doccuments needed for the dispute I recived an email that I would hear somting back in 8 busineess hours and still nothing, i wish Netspend would keep there word for once

NetSpend PayPal Prepaid Mastercard

My card has been locked since May with no understandable reason. I have been told a few different reasons but not one of them explain how I'm supposed to eat, pay bills...you know the real messed up part of this is that I have ended up basically homeless and hungry...never did I think that this would happen to me. I m hurt, disappointed, and I've lost faith in humanity because of this. I have been denied access to monies that were rightfully mine, that I worked for to be able to receive them and here they go stripping me of the mere ability to live..to exist...to survive. Never again will I deal with Netspend and I definitely will not recommend them either. Right now I feel abandoned, hungry, violated, and used. I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't end up with a bad case of PTSD.

Contact the FTC and consumer fraud legal services. They will file lawsuit for free. They just had many lawsuits filed against them bc of this very thing. I'm contacting all of them and media tomorrow. They even verified my identity and still refuse to remove the block snd we are in a pandemic which makes the hardship worse.Good luck . Find your lawsuit for free..
