I have an accumulated 30+ hours of my time sitting on the phone with this horrendously pathetic business to only get mechanical answers and the runaround every time I go to complete a transaction using their worthless cards. Then when it finally works expect to pay their high fees just for a transaction. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Worst card, worst service, hands down.

Desired outcome: To be able to use the card as it was intended to be used without all kinds of trouble and time spent on hold.
