I received a text msg from my bank about a charge that was declined from My heritage.com. I had purchased a product from them and had written them about a refund and the next thing I know, they tried to debit my card for three times the amount that I purchased their service for. Fortunately, my bank thought it was suspicious and didn’t allow them do charge to go through. Apparently, they are located in the UK and their customer service isn’t any good either BTW.

Recommendation: DO NOT … just DO NOT
