This company for some reason charged my account $159.20 without my authorization. I tried to call the number listed it was always busy 877 432-3135 but it was always busy...I believe this is a rip off...and have contacted Discover card to reverse the charges, I have read through various website sites that this company tends to make unauthorized charges.

They just tried to charge my husband's card. He died 3 weeks ago. Thank goodness the credit card company declined the transaction (I think they've seen MyHeritage before). GHOULS!

I was charged $253.94 again this year. I had the same problem last year and resolve it with the credit card. I never could get any answer from the phone number listed on the transaction record. I think that I have to cancel this credit card to get this problem resolved

I was just charged $403.69 on Sept 25-2020. The company charging this fee is unknown to me (BLS*MYHERITAGE LTD LONDON) They used $293.46 x 1.37562 toget my bill. I have no idea what this is. I did not renew my membership to My Heritage so why do they bill me such garbage? I will be contacting American Express to see the charge is reversed.

I was charged the usual $299 for my annual subscription renewal in February 2020. Then in June 2020 was charged another $156.75 in for something I didn't order. Today, I cancelled my annual subscription to my sponsored "xxxxx" web site presuming the $156.75 was charged for this site that I rarely use. I obtain data for this tree through several other sources. Please advise what, if anything, I purchased for $156.75 on 11 June 2020. I will contest this charge through my major credit card company.

I was just charged without authorization as well. I couldn’t even find an account nor remember even visiting the site. It was for $202.23 randomly out of nowhere. I will be contacting Wells Fargo to make sure the charge is reversed, but hopefully the company makes it right.

I had the exact same experience as the above customer, 'Lehi'. Checking my account history, I am finding the company has been charging my account for at least the past 3 years. I have contacted them to find out what is going on.

Firstly, I must clarify that MyHeritage informs all of the annual charge and its price on the automatic e-mail that is sent out after you enroll in the membership and after every renewal. Also, one may view the status or cancel an annual subscription at any time when logging in to MyHeritage from the My Purchases page and incur no annual charge.

We value the satisfaction of all of our members. This is why our terms and conditions read that If you are not satisfied with your purchased plan, you may request a full refund by contacting Customer Support within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date of the subscription.
