Took a trial subscription on 12th of august 2023. Canceled it hours later as I was no longer interested. Never got any email about that BTW. 26th of august, I get a charge of 68.17 euro's on my paypal. Myheritage took the money for a full subscription, got an invoice and everything. I try to contact them... nothing... asked for several callbacks... nothing... phone numbers don't work... emailing only done through their website... no proof of contact.
So now I challenged the charge through paypal and I will be charging criminal charges through my local police for online fraude and treft. I will be contacting the Israeli authorities and the company that bought myheritage.com in 2021. I am a man on sick leave with a lot of time and money on my hands. I am willing to spend thousands to get my money back. I am a focused and principled man and will fight this company tooth and nail to see justice done. I will set up a campaign through all my social media platforms to expose the malpractice this company has done with dozens and dozens of people. In short... I will pull out all the legal stops to get you to pay.

I was in search of an app that can restore a portrait of my old grandfathers I saw my heritage and restored the Color and enhanced it did a great job. I was using the free trial and it took me about 30 minutes my family uses my heritage so I knew I could trust it however I don’t have the account details for it so on a new account I used the free trial did what I had to and quickly deleted the app and theory of cancelling the subscription showed up as usual when deleting however two weeks later I was billed the full annual price after the cancellation of the subscription I had only used the app for 30 minutes on the free trial deleted it and never used it again I saw the bill 10 minutes ago I have yet to use your service again and my family already have an account I hope this finds you well as my family already has an account I ask that I receive a refund as I’m young and I used your service as a gift for my grandfather so that charge is very hefty on my bank balance hope this finds you will
