I spoke with CS on 5/21/25, 6/6/2025. and 7/16/2025.
I spoke with a supervisor named Luke, who promised to call me back but never did. He said he understood the issue and would get it resolved. I told him that no one ever calls back, and he assured me he would because he was a supervisor. Never received a call back.
I spoke with Shanice on 10/7/2025, and she said that the issue will be referred to the "post-Cruise" dept. (Nothing resolved to date, 10 months)
ISSUE
When I booked the cruise, I purchased the internet service for two people, myself and my son.
BTW, I have to mention that the wifi was very unreliable. I was able to use the wifi from the Disney ship that was parked next to us when we were in port because I couldn't get the MSC wifi to work. On the second day, we had to have someone help us link up.
When we arrived back in Florida, my son was charged $71.97 for wifi that I already paid for in my package.
This issue has been ongoing for 10 months, and I cannot believe a company like MSC would string a customer along for this amount of time for a $71.97.
I'm sorry, but that is unacceptable.
I'm interested to see if this ever gets resolved.

MSC has the absolute worst customer service. I placed a claim 10 months ago, and all I get is "We'll call you back". Needless to say, that never happened. I have recommended to all my friends not to use MSC for a pleasurable cruise experience.
