We did not even see our room Stewart till the third day. we only got ice twice. We had to put the full trash can outside the door to get it emptied
He never emptied the one in the bathroom under the sink. Does he know it is there? He was supposed to get out new luggage tags the last evening but did not. My husband had to stand in the long line late that night to find there were no more available in our number group and we had a early shuttle to catch. We do not like the QR code for menus older people aren't familiar with APPS . We felt nickeled & dimed to death with a fee for everything! Bigger is NOT better we enjoyed the Seaside much more. The food was good but service is slow. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym, spa and pool areas are very nice. You need a library and board game room and more things to do for people that don't go ashore
We paid for 2 specialty dining experiences. Paxo the Greek restaurant was very nice. The Eataly Italian was a waste of money! My pasta was hard, the sauce had no flavor and my husbands short ribs were full of fat. and again you had to pay extra for items after you pay just to eat there, what's the point of going? We were going to exchange our Holland America points to MSC but not after this experience. We've cruised close to 40 cruises and this one was one of the worst!
