He first denied having my web order of the right tires in store, then had a hard time understanding my repair needs, and finally charged for compromised tires but installed low/cheap different tires like habitually cheating on customers! Bad credits for MrTire web and this manager! 2021-7

On 7/13/2021 AND I REQUESTED TIRE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IF NECESSARY!
When I red my bill it was for tire repair and Battery Maintenance 31.99 but the state's customer declined service how could I decline something that I never requested secondly if I did allegedly request it sooooo why was I still charged I thought by law before additional service is required the customer is asked before service is preformed I have a mechanic as well as my dealer in which I use I use Mr Tire for just as your name states TIRES
I REMEMBER A NEWS SEGMENT DONE UNDER COVER INVESTIGATION ON PLACES AS THIS AND Firestone about the over charges you do and mostly not required I will be sure to spread the word not only about your company as a whole but definitely this location 31$ may not be a lot to you I work hard as others do for their income not be ripped off by people we enlist for a service Twitter and Facebook here I come

Did a break job in front car with Mr. Tire on East Ridge Rd, Rochester NY. I kept hearing a noise. So I decided to take it back to them. They never checked it. They check something else. They told me the had to remove something else that was rubbing against it and it was OK now. Still hear the noise. Took it to dealer ship for a complete inspection. They told me break pad were broken. Also a hard ware kit was never put on. Mr. Tire do not want to resolved my problem. My number is 585.505.3945.. can someone call me to rectify this issue.

Purchased 4 kly edge tires 55, 000mi war. On 3/27/19 the tires have 25.000 mi on them and the tread on the front tires is gone and they are cupped.per mr tire at 16420 lorain, Cleveland, they wont honor the warr because they said since i live in cleve and the roads are bad i need to have my car aligned 2x a yr and show proof of how many times they were rotated. No where in my original paper work does these requirements appear. Absolutely disgusted with this place.tires didnt even last 1/2 of their expected mi. Selling inferior products that they wont back up.

Location i take my car too is usually pretty good at servicing my vehicle. This particular time i went in to have car looked at for any problems. Mechanic recommended drive belt, oil pan gasket and rack and pinion replacement and nothing else. Had drive belts replaced and oil pan gasket replaced same day. A few days later had rack and pinion replaced( $1200) and had weird rubbing noise coming from front tires for a month or so. Took car back to be looked at, and different mechanic told me wheel bearings need to be replaced..$990

I had brake work done in the past and I was exepencining a sound from my brakes. I called and made an appointment to ave them looked at. t
The sale persons came and got me and told me it would be $925.00, This was the estimate ( this is noted on the invoice, estimate # 356376, which I did not see a copy of). I said wait I'm going to make a call. I came back to the counter and said no. I was told that my car was unsafe to drive and the would not let me have it. They had taken the the brakes appart and the car at this time was not drivable. I protested saying I did not authorize the work. They, the original sales person and another, said the car had to be parked it could not be driven that they were lible if something happened. I feel I was pressued, No I was pressures to have some of the repairs done. They could have looked at the brakes before removing them and given me a price. I'll be willing to for 2/3 of what they charged me, $659 X .66 = $434.94. Refund my Drive card $224.06. This stote has in the past treated me OK but this time NOT.

4/9/2021, 1312 South Main Street Mt. Airy, MD 21771 Mr. Tire Location; they replaced brakes on our 2011 Expedition and falsely stated on the ticket for repairs that we were advised of a brake line on the front of our vehicle needed to be replaced that we were advised and declined the replacement. On 4/28/2021, we were traveling back from Ocean City Maryland in the Kent Island, MD area when our brakes locked up and caught fire on the driver's side. They refused to help us with the towing, charged us additional money to fix the problem they created to begin with. The management was incredibly rude, hostile and refused to take responsibility as they kept relying on a call informing us of the brake line needing to replaced, which did NOT happen. They marked on the sheet declined, when it was never brought to our attention. We would have never allowed brake line to not be replaced on a 2011 vehicle when brakes were replaced if there was a problem.

My inspection sticker was ripped off my vehicle before I was even notified of any issues on my car that would not pass inspection! Was forced to drive off the property without a sticker because I refused for work to be done there as I do my own repairs on my car. This was totally illegal and If this is not resolved I will be filing a complaint with the DMV with this "Registered Authorized Inspection place." I will file for restitution as I cannot drive to work without an inspection sticker. So any missed days will be paid!
