They've been dealing with some tough times, what with the whole COVID outbreak and all. Plus, they had to machine my cylinders with a 6-axis port main man, which I'm sure takes a lot of time and effort.

But let me tell you, when my products finally arrived, I was blown away. I've ordered from other diesel shops before, but none of them compare to Sinister Diesel. They've got everything I need for my build, and their parts are top-notch quality. I mean, I've got every other part in my build from Sinister, and I just had to get that suicide colour match to complete the look.

I bought a Sinister Diesel alternator with a 250 amp capacity. It was installed and worked fine for 8 months, but then it stopped working. I was worried because it was past the purchase date, but I contacted Sinister Diesel and they said they would help me out.

However, things didn't go smoothly. They sent me 4 different alternators, but none of them were the right one. I'm not sure what's going on, but it seems like they don't know what to do. I'm just waiting now to see what happens next.

The problem is that the old style alternator is no longer available, and the new style won't work on my 2007 Chevy Duramax Lt classic. I talked to the owner and he said he would make it right, but I'm not sure what that means.

Overall, I'm disappointed that the alternator didn't last longer, and I'm frustrated that it's taking so long to get it fixed. I hope Sinister Diesel can figure out a solution soon.

The Sinister Diesel Cold Side Charge Pipe for [protected] Ford Powerstroke 6.7L (Gray) is a great product, but the installation process was a bit more challenging than I expected. As a 72 year old geezer, I had to put in a lot of effort to get the top metal charge pipe to fit into the lower hose and slide the metal end onto the discharge port of the turbo. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to complete the two piece install, but I learned a lot from my mistakes and could do it in half the time if I had to do it again.

Despite the difficulty of the installation, I am very happy with the end product. Once installed, I immediately noticed a huge improvement in performance. Boost was easily 25% increased with acceleration, which was a pleasant surprise. I believe that the old plastic pipe must have been leaking for some time, and the new Sinister Diesel Cold Side Charge Pipe has fixed the issue.

However, I do wish that the install had consisted of three pieces with an intermediate hose that would have greatly simplified installation. The factory plastic design was three piece, and I think that would have made the installation process much easier.

Overall, I highly recommend the Sinister Diesel Cold Side Charge Pipe for [protected] Ford Powerstroke 6.7L (Gray) to anyone looking to improve the performance of their vehicle. Just be prepared for a bit of a challenge during the installation process.

I bought the first alternator & in a matter of weeks it was done for, so they sent a replacement (refurbished, as a favor to me) & within a matter of days it went. Had both alternators tested & yes they were faulty, nothing wrong with installation. I've tried repeatedly to contact them with no avail, & if your reading this review a paid good money! You would think they would stand behind their product & customers!

Got my stuff from Sinister Diesel and it came in pretty quick. Only thing that kinda sucked was the bracket for the kit was all wrong. But hey, it's all good, I just had to rig it up a bit to make it work. Other than that, everything was solid and worked like a charm. Definitely gonna keep coming back to these guys for my diesel needs.
