Went to local store for a schedule oil change, tire rotation. And differential service, dropped vehicle off in the morning, at about 4pm got a call that vehicle was done. Went in and manager says all work is done. Something didn't seem right so I went back outside and looked at truck and noticed that tires had not been rotated, said that to manager and he couldn't verify that because tech had left for the day. Says I could bring back later next week to take care of it. The reason I know tires weren't done is I had marked them.
Problem (2) after ii had paid bill went home it was dark I got to thinking if they had done everything else, got a flashlight and started looking not being surprise discovered that oil filter had not been changed also there again I had marked it and it was exceptly dirty for being a new filter.
Went directly back to shop and pointed it out to manager he would not take a look to verify that work had been done. Come back later to correct it. Good customer service there. Won't be going back there any more.
