Storage building
We have purchased two large storage buildings. First one they delivered a few year back. We ordered a second one and we noticed water leaking on the floor where the roll down door meets the unfinished floor. Also the floor is exposed to the weather. Yeah they sent a service guy there and he tried to fix it. It didn't work. He replaced the same to short piece of metal and yes that didn't work. Said he would come back with either an extension or a larger piece of metal than the one that is there now. Well I guess by now you know what didn't happened. My question is after I don't know how many phone calls, and stopping by this place and still nothing. The best part here is every time we contact them about this nightmare they act like they have no idea what we are talking about. Including their CS.Go Figure!
Desired outcome: Replace the building, refund our money back or just fix it.

purchased a new utility trailer from them on 4/16. paid in full including all taxes i still havent received my title or tags from them. they say that they sent all paperwork to the DMV , but the DMV said that they havent received any paperwork from leonards. i have called leonards 7 times on this matter and each time they say that they will check and get back to me. they have never. my temp tags expired several weeks ago and now i cant even use my trailer. i need help on this matter.

On April 16, 2020, Mr. *** purchase a utility trailer from Leonard Buildings and Truck Accessories, and we truly appreciate his business. During that time, the West Virginia DMW was closed due to COVID. Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories held all customers' trailer titles to go to the DMW until reopening, which occurred on June 9, 2020.
On July 13, 2020, Mr. called the store to inform them that he had still not received his title. On this same day, David ***, the store manager of Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories in *** West Virginia, called the DMV to discuss. The DMV told Mr. that they could not find the paperwork for the title.
On July 22, 2020, a new title was ordered. Mr. spoke with the DMV, and they are aware of the issue.
Once the title comes in, our store will offer for Mr. to pick up from the store or mail it to him via certified mail, whichever works best for him.
We understand Mr. frustrations with this issue, and we would like for him to know that we are diligently working on getting him a title ASAP.

I received the rack and tried to install it using the provided clamps and hey did not work with my vehicle. I called customer service and the representative said she will see what she can do, and she asked me to text her to remind her. I did, and waited several days and followed up each day. She told me the manufacturer offers a different way to install the rack, and told me that I can pay for a different kit for $95 plus shipping. I explained that this doesn't make sense as this was advertised to fit my vehicle. She said she will look into it, and several follow ups, a call to corporate, and a chat with the sales manager later, the kit was sent. However, this kit was also not compatible with my vehicle. The manufacturer confirmed this is not compatible with my vehicle. I have informed Leonard Truck Accessories that I will need to return the product for a refund and I have not gotten a response.
