Ordered rims+tires online using the vehicle search, 2 weeks later when they arrived they wouldn’t fit on my car. Talking to support has been a nightmare and so far I’ve been told to “stop wasting time and just put them on the car” when I have shown proof multiple times they do not fit the car. I’ve had the tires in my garage for almost a month waiting for them to honor their “Fitment Guarantee”.

Tried to cancel my order before it even shipped and they wanted to charge me 35% restocking fee. THEIR IS NOTHING TO RESTOCK - IT HASN'T SHIPPED! Don't believe the fake manipulated reviews on their site and read the ones here. YOU BEEN WARNED!

I ordered a set of 20 inch wheels for my Audi. Their website said they would fit. However after I made the order, it said “Fitment not guaranteed” even though I used their tool and made sure to select the correct set based on what their tool filtered. When I realized wheels will not fit, I asked to return and they wouldnt accept it. I opened a case on paypal against them and they finally accepted to provide the return labels. Unfortunately, I forgot to escalate the case to paypal in time. These people took advantage of that and only gave me partial refund. I asked multiple times why I received a partial refund, and gotten NO answer. Please avoid this company. I will keep posting this on every review website possible.

Thief’s they will still your money

This company is not trustworthy I placed a order for wheels on Friday 3-4-22 for 1140.00 was told order would ship asap so I would have by Wednesday of the next week got a call on Monday order hadn’t ship yet they was confirming order which was placed three days prior on Tuesday 3-8-22 I called to get tracking information as I hadn’t received anything the company wouldn’t give me any tracking information at all so going round and round with some sales person on phone he finally stated he would refund my money the full amount 1140.00 on Thursday 3-10-22 I got a refund for 1000.00 even not the full amount this company is stealing $140.00 of my money and still no management has called me stay as far away from this online dealer as you which there was a zero star rating that’s what they need having to dispute the other 140.00 with credit card company to get all my money back and reporting to better business

Order wheels, tires and tire pressure sensors. Tire pressure sensors showed up with dead batteries. The weights had also fallen off two sets of wheels. After several ignored emails and calls I ended up having to purchase sensors locally and get my tires balanced again $243.00! Shop anywhere else but here!

I have purchased a set of 20" fuel wheels with 37" Mickey Thompson tires TPS mounted and balanced with the so called special air.
When wheels arrived they were dropped off at the detail shop. When we took the plastic off we noticed that one wheel is flat and there are no lugnuts I have called and asked Luis he apologized and said he is going to express the lugnuts. 4 days later we get a package with the wrong size lugnuts. Another day goes by and now we get the correct lugnuts. We filled it up with air and it took about two days to go flat again. I have called Luis and he asked of me to take it to a tire shop and that he will reimburse me. (I love how instantly he had no value for my time) we have taken it to a tire shop and they replace the valve. So. Now I have air but the TPS is not working in that tire and the tire shop is telling me that I have to drive for a while before it will register again mean while I have a flat and I don't even know. I finally picked up my truck on Friday night only to wake up to a flat tire again.
I paid for mounted and balanced because I don't have the time to run around and handle that and now the shop I paid for to do that in advance are asking me to run around snd do what I paid them to do. I demand replacement for that specific wheel in order to lift the dispute I filed with my credit card. I have tried to resolve it with Luis but he insist that I have warranty. Warranty applies to product breaking within the warranty period not for broken out of the box. I paid for new products and insist of receiving what I paid for
